Mario and his place was nothing short of beautiful. The whole property was peaceful and tucked away in the Tuscan hills. Made for some fun windy roads and sights you will never forget. The property itself was everything I hoped, from the clean airbnb and fresh towels to the breakfast every morning and local restaurant! I would recommend staying here!!!

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

A paradise on earth. A breathtaking view. And after your day, drink a glass of the very good red wine accompanied by salami from our hosts' family production while watching the sun set over Tuscany from the terrace… an ideal location to travel around the whole region, quiet and a 5-minute drive from Empoli from where you can take the train (it's much simpler) to Florence or Pisa. We highly recommend the breakfast on site. Every morning there were really delicious homemade cookies, cakes, pies in addition to local products. And then our hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful and gave good advice. Sandra, Antonella Grazie mille! See you soon I hope….

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

My wife and I stayed at this agriturismo in Vinci, and it was perfect. The peaceful setting, breathtaking views, and beautiful pool made it feel like an authentic Tuscan escape. The house is charmingly traditional, and the owners were warm and welcoming. Amazing experience!

Our stay at Il Casellino was definitely wonderful. The communication with Lara was very smooth. Our hosts, Remus and Maria, are absolutely outstanding. They do everything to make your holiday perfect. The place is very quiet and the views are breathtaking. It can be pretty hot in Toscany and therefore the big swimmingpool gives the necessary coolness. in short: a perfect place to relax!

We spent a delightful 2 weeks in the authentic centuries old farmhouse in classic rural Chianti. Simonetta and Giovanni were our warm and engaging hosts and they really ensured that we had an enjoyable stay. Simonetta was attentive to our day to day needs and was a fountain of information about the Chianti region and beyond. We were entertained by Giovanni as he showed us the farms own wines and olive oil. Podere Tegline proved an excellent base for us to explore Chianti and other places in Tuscanywhich were all in reach by car. We had an excellent experience made more enjoyable by the warm hospitality of Simonetta and Giovanni

Lovely place with a big garden, exactly as advertised and Gianluigi is a very helpful and responsive host. I did not realize when booking that it does not have wifi though (phone reception is OK)

Had the best weekend in Giovanni's apartment. Red wine and Toscana's sun set made thus journey unforgettable. Highly recommend for all who are seeking for a quiet, relaxing weekend in the countryside.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This was our second time at Il Vichiaccio and I hope it's not the last. In fact, this Airbnb is the entire reason we had Tuscany on our trip itinerary. Beatrice and Massimo are the most wonderful hosts in the world. Besides simply being great people to chat with, they are hospitable in providing some of their homemade wine and eggs. There's nothing more special than relaxing in the hot tub with the vineyard views and walking up the hill to dinner at Il Cavaliere in the castle. Our only complaint is that we did not see the kitty cat this time! She was our favorite host when we visited 3 years ago. Oh well, I guess we'll have to book again soon and try once more :)

Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

We really enjoyed it there. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful swimming pool and the barbecue area due to our tight schedule - we will probably have to come again ;)

We LOVED outrstay here. First of all, Lorenzo was a fantastic host, communicative, available for every need, lovely to talk to. The property is incredible - a beautiful peaceful space to walk around, and some adorable cats to pet. Our favorite things about this space include: the gorgeous outdoor picnic setting for our meals, spotless kitchen with anything you need to cook, complete blackout and silence at night for a restful sleep and privacy. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to explore Tuscany, as this is a great place to stay and a reasonable drive from main Tuscan sites.

Cristina's house near Siena is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Just 20 minutes from Siena, it's perfect for day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, or Chianti. A car is essential but ensures a peaceful, authentic experience. The clean, well-equipped house has a kitchenette (fridge, stove, washing machine) and AC. The bathroom is small but functional. Outside, there's a surprisingly deep pool and various spots for relaxing or dining. We were surprised by the poor connectivity - almost no phone reception inside and extremely slow internet with weak Wi-Fi. Cristina mentioned it's not for working, but we underestimated the limitation. The surroundings were mostly quiet. Cristina, though not on-site, was very responsive and helpful. Tips: The parking is 50-100m away; ask about unloading at the house. Bring extra toiletries for longer stays. Request the correct Wi-Fi password before arrival. Overall, an excellent choice for exploring Tuscany. We'd happily stay here again.
