Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Montecatini Terme

We had a fantastic stay at Riccardo’s place! The apartment is located just inside the city walls, right before the ZTL (limited traffic zone) begins—making it easy to drive in and out while still being perfectly situated for exploring the historic center on foot. All the main sights are within walking distance, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, along with a couple of bicycle rental shops. The apartment itself is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including cooking utensils and a moka pot for coffee. Riccardo was a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He assisted us with check-in and even helped us find parking right outside the apartment. His restaurant recommendations were excellent too. Highly recommended if you're visiting Lucca!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Cosimo and Francesca are! Started our days with Francesca’s biscotti and jam and ended with Cosimo making our dinner reservations! Alessandro's apartment is easily one of the best Airbnb's I have had the privilege to stay in! absolutely gorgeous apartment at the heart of the city, and fantastic hosting by Alessandro- Clear instructions, always approachable and gave us great recommendations! The apartment gives a very welcoming feel and has design that is utility friendly to the hilt.

Sister and Tullio were sensational. Wonderful communication and they even gave us a ride to their house. As if that wasn't enough, we were greeted with wine, snacks and water. And, since it was my birthday, they already booked a trotter. I highly recommend it! The view from the house is perfect!

Great for those who wish to explore unexplored italy while being closer to pisa/florence

I would recommend staying here, central to everything, accomodation was great! Stefano was very helpful responsive and very accommodating.

Everything was amazing and as described! Hosts were very helpful people, as they gave us lot of info about restaurants, shops and activities.

We stayed at Patricia's beautiful property which is a lovely old farmhouse, set in a peaceful countryside location but which is walkable to a town with shops, bars and a restaurant. The property has plenty of space and is filled with character. There was pleasant outside seating, a bbq with additional seating area, pool, gardens and off road parking. Patrizia was very helpful and kind and always on hand/email to answer any questions. The property was good value and we would be very happy to return to the property again.

Amazing Stay in Radda!” We had an incredible stay at this cozy and spotless home! It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The views were absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. The location was perfect, close to beautiful wineries and historic castles. We absolutely loved the charm of Radda; it’s been our favorite stop while traveling through Italy. Highly recommend staying here — you won’t be disappointed!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Thank you very much to the landlord.

Amazing place !! It really worth !

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Larger apartment than in the photos. Clean, very well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Federica answers questions immediately. Very kind and allowed us to stay in the house even after check-out time. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

Great place. Spacious, comfortable, clean with a private and cool outdoor area to relax. There is a supermarket and great coffee place 5 mins walk away and the old town is about a 25 min walk. Great communication and easy check in check out. Excellent base from which to explore the city.
