Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.

Nice and big town house in Bagni di Lucca. House has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. House is very well equipped and allow you to have a nice and convenient stay. There is a garden with a swimming pool shared with the other houses. City with restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. You can also walk there, there are stairs on your left at the end of the street, they are quite steep but you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the stay!

Very nice place and helpful host. I highly recommend this place. It is perfect to stay for work and vacation. We stayed there for a very long time and it was excellent. We have only good experience. 5 star property!

this wad a last minute stay as our previous airbnb had electrical issues. Anna and Claudio were very accommodating of accepting our reservation last minute and allowing us to arrive at almost midnight. Since they were not expecting us the house was not fully prepared but they did their absolute best to get us everything we needed. They helped arrange activities and meals and were very pleasant hosts. We would definitely recommend their home.

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

Beautiful chalet, clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything. Great for those traveling with their own animals; the garden is fully fenced. Mrs. Anna is very kind. The published photos don't make it more beautiful in real life. We'll definitely be back as we had a really good time.
