The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

He tenido una estancia satisfactoria en el alojamiento de Tommasso. La casa está ubicada en los Apeninos toscanos, próxima al circuito de Mugello y al lago Bilancino. En una zona en la montaña. Muy bonita. Ha sido ideal para desconectar y práctico para visitar Florencia, ya que está ubicado a solo unos 3 km de San Piero a Sieve, localidad donde se puede tomar el tren que lleva a la estación central de Florencia (Santa María Novella), la cual, a su vez, deja en pleno centro de la ciudad y de todos los monumentos y lugares de interés a visitar. El alojamiento es completo, con cocina-comedor y salita en la planta baja y baño y habitaciones en planta superior. Estaba limpio a la llegada y el anfitrión Tommasso, muy amable, dio instrucciones de llegada y tuvo la atención de dejar algo para desayunar y un saco de pellet para la estufa de calefacción. Además, se interesó durante la estancia por si necesitaba algo. Todo de 10. Si quiere mejorar algo...poner un tostador

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Hvis du vil langt væk fra turisme og opleve at komme op i højden så er det her stedet. Vejen fører op til det sidste hus hvor der er ro og stilhed. Det er meget autentisk indrette og gammel stil i hele boligen , vi blev budt på kaffe af underboen som var meget søde . Vi sov her i to dage, det ligger godt i midten til Firenze, bologne, Pisa

Een leuk authentiek huis. Een hele rustige omgeving in de heuvels, 20 minuten rijden van centrum Lucca. Serena is een zeer behulpzame host. We hadden pech met de auto op de dag van vertrek. Zij, haar buren en haar vader hebben ons geweldig geholpen door een hotel te zoeken, ons daar te brengen en volgende dag weer op te halen en automonteurs geregeld!!! Heel fijn.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war einwandfrei! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben etwas abenteuerlich. Die Anfahrt wird aber sehr gut beschrieben und wir konnten das Haus ohne Pribleme gut finden. Nach der Ankunft wird man entschädigt mit einem grossen privaten Parkplatz, einem Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, einer grandiosen und idyllischen Aussicht und einem grossen Pool. Alles sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern! Wer Erholung sucht, findet diese in dieser Unterkunft. Auswärts Essen und einkaufen gehen bedingt eine 15-minütige Autofahrt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. 🥰

Il soggiorno presso Francesco è stato ottimo! Non solo per la posizione tranquilla, circondata da uliveti e boschi, ma anche per la gentilezza dell'host che ci ha fatto sentire a casa, regalandoci anche una bottiglia di olio incredibile! Lo chalet è piccolo ed accogliente, caldo e comodo, perfetto per chi cerca un bel ritiro dalla città e un pò di pace! Assolutamente da ripetere!

Abbiamo fatto 4 notti a cavallo di Capodanno in 14 persone, la casa era splendida e corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio. Davide è stato un host fantastico: gentile, educato e premuroso.

Apartamento bien equipado, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cada una con su cuarto de baño. Localización cercana al centro de congresos de Bolonia, conveniente para nuestro viaje de trabajo. Debora ha sido una anfitriona muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con buenas recomendaciones.

Casa Caterina is a magical & mystical time capsule, you will feel enriched by the views and its walls. It will have everything you need to lead a simple, wholesome life while there. The host Caterina couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending her friends’ beautiful restaurant (Buca di Baldabo) as well helping us get the stove going after a glass of wine when we couldn’t understand the screen’s language. You will leave feeling revived and whole, an incredible place! Thank you so much!

From the beginning of our stay to the very end Anthony has been a wonderful host! He recommended us great places and he was responsive to our questions. The place looked like the photos. It was clean and had all the things in the description. It's the best place for the price and it's close to many locations so that you can walk easily. Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

We stayed for four days and the house was perfect for us! Stefania was a perfect host, really helpful, very responsive to our messages, and provided us with many helpful info. The house is perfect for your stay, and very close to the center of Bologna (4-5 minutes by bus, or 20-30 minutes on foot). Bus stops are really close to the house. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so all your needs are covered. The house was very clean when we arrived, and everything was in order. Definitely recommend!
