Le gîte classé "Meublé de Tourisme 3 étoiles" se trouve dans une maison indépendante, sur une ancienne propriété viticole. Il est composé d'une cuisine/salle à manger, un salon prolongé par un espace chambre, une vaste chambre à l'étage et un studio duplex mitoyen avec chambre et mezzanine. Confortable pour une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis , le logement offre trois salles de bain et trois wc. Draps, torchons et tapis de bain fournis. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies.

The Buttonhole

The gite at La Boutonnière is part of a traditional longère set in the quiet countryside near the village of Sully. It has two bedrooms, each with either a double or two single beds, a large living room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a garden outside for guests to use and secure storage for bikes. The gite is located near the Morvan National Park, close to many good walking, cycling and climbing areas, and of course, very close to the vineyards of Cote de Beaune.

You will find calm and serenity in this accommodation close to nature with outdoor spaces to relax with views of the Dheune Valley. This cottage is located 10 minutes by car from Santenay les Bains, which hosts a thermal center and an aqua relaxation area. Tourist and gastronomic region between Saône and Loire and Côte d 'Or with many activities including cycling on the greenways (at the bottom of the village). We are 20 minutes from Beaune and 60 minutes from Dijon.

On the horizon, you can see the Massif Central. The cottage is located on a 4-hectare natural estate (Maison Le Garochet). You have access to the pool and Nordic bath (to share with our second cottage during the summer). In the area, many relaxation areas have been created.

You will have access to a small house with secure parking, a garden, and independent access. Most importantly, you will enjoy a private indoor heated pool that allows you to swim whatever the weather. We can also provide flowers or a bottle of sparkling rosé for an event.

Set back from the road and beautifully converted from an old barn, the Mews has exposed beams, re-pointed stone walls and stone floors. From the enclosed courtyard looking out onto the square, the glass front door leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. A circular staircase leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with separate bathroom comprising walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
