The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Old Farmhouse for 2 to 12 people

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

La Peyrade

La Peyrade is a small independent house in the heart of the countryside between Périgord and Quercy. Open to the garden and forest, it is located 7 km from Villefranche-du-Périgord. La Peyrade provides access to the sites of Dordogne and Lot, to enjoy the many restaurants in the vicinity, local markets and walking paths. The terrace allows you to enjoy the song of cicadas in July and the shade of oak trees. Good 4G reception to stay connected…

Wooden House with swimming-pool

Very beautiful house in solid wood of 160m2, true Polish isba for 6 people, on 5000 m2 of raised ground with heated (from 1st May to 30th Sept) privative swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. At the heart of black Périgord, in 10 mn with feet of the historic center of Sarlat. Two adorable cats live on the property, Berlioz and Mozart. In summer, they spend a lot of time outside. They enter the house mainly to eat their croquettes and glean a few hugs.
