Apartment vacation rentals in Montano

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in Via Crespi in Como and I can only highly recommend it. The location is simply perfect: located in the heart of the city, just 30 meters from the lake, it allows you to fully experience the magic of Como with all its beauty at your fingertips. The apartment is very well-kept, very clean and very well-equipped. The two bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for families or small groups, while the two bathrooms are modern, functional and truly impeccable. Special thanks go to Erik and Silvia, who were very kind and always available, and who made the stay even more pleasant.
I absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Como at its best, in total comfort and in a truly privileged location.

Great place, would visit again for sure

We stayed one night on our way further south. The communication with Alina beforehand was very good: friendly and quick answers to all our questions. The check-in was easy and the appartement was clean and comfortable. We had a good rest and were able to continue our journey the next morning after having a delicious breakfast from the Cremeria next door.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Great place to stay. I think it is better than how it looks in the photos. The house was so clean, comfortable and nostalgic. The host was so understanding, helpfull and replied messages very quickly. I highly recommend.

Great place in fantastic location. Apartment was better than photos. Stay was very enjoyable.

We stayed with Michele on our way through to see Como and Lake Como. The apartment is nicely quiet, but still close to Como and also shopping (food) can be done well in the area. Michele welcomed us personally and explained everything, he was also very flexible with our arrival time, which we could not say exactly beforehand. He was also easily accessible and very helpful with questions and problems! The apartment itself is nicely clean and sensibly divided, good blackout blinds are available in both the bedroom and the living room. Windows and doors are also equipped with insect screens, so that no mosquitoes get into the house, very good! (A small lizard made it through the curtain on the door, but we accompanied it back out😉)! For the children there were also some toys and books (Italian), for the adults several books to choose from, most Italian, but also some in other languages

Beautiful apartment with view to lake. Host was very responsive & helpful. Apartment accommodated us well. Very clean and near restaurants. You can travel by foot but easier with a vehicle due to apartment being uphill. I would defintely stay there again. 10/10

Massimiliano's apartment was clean, modern and nicely furnished. The air-conditioning and black-out blinds were very effective. He had chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco for us which was a very nice welcome gift. We also appreciate that he could let us check in sooner and check out later since the apartment was available. In addition, Massimiliano helped us navigate a train strike on the day we were scheduled to take the train to Como. We highly recommend his apartment and Massimiliano as a host!

Large, comfortable, quiet, clean and tidy apartment. The friendly host waited for us until late, helping us find the parking lot near the house. We have reached the places to visit comfortably. The house was stocked with everything. Behind the house, a baker with fabulous bread and sweets!

My son and I stayed here, and it was fabulous!! The interiors are well done, nicely furnished, and very comfortable! All top notch. We walked to everything we needed. There’s some slight lake views from a few of the windows. Quiet & private. Highly recommend (just not to anyone who needs an elevator.) But it was perfect for us!

Garage space, very clean flat, a lift in the building, amazing view of the lake and mountains, we had a wonderful stay.

Right from the start Loris was a great host, was warm and friendly, and sent really clear video instructions for finding and entering the apartment, as well as some nice local recommendations. The apartment was immaculate, and had everything we needed. And the little welcome note near the front door was a lovely touch. We had the best time in Como, and wouldn't hesitate to book with Loris again.

The apartment was exactly as described, and Silvia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, which made checking in easy. It’s true that you need to climb some stairs to reach the place, but the view is more than worth it, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Beautiful, spacious, modern and well equipped home in the center of Milan. The kitchen and the outdoor patio overlooking the Duomo are a dream.

The view is spectacular. Even better in person. Worth the drive up the mountains. By the third day I was driving like a local. Spent 5 peaceful relaxing days. The huge balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying cocktails. Short drive to the local grocery store and Varenna was just a 20 min drive.

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
