fantastic set up that has all you need for a short or long stay. great location walking distance to parks and in a great neighborhood. extremely quiet and beautiful yard.

It was absolutely wonderful - everything you could ever want. The host couldn’t have been nicer, more welcoming, or more helpful. A truly great experience - so much so that we extended our trip and now know exactly where we’ll want to stay when we’re back in the area.

Great location, clean unit, and responsive hosts. Despite the booking being for one person, there is a $50 fee/night for guests; perhaps stating that on the posting would be beneficial.

We stayed at Gina’s cottage for a month and had a wonderful time. Even became friends! Very spacious 1-bedroom with plenty closet space, and well appointed kitchen/living/dining open space with a proper dinner table & a huge smart tv with loads of streaming options to log into. WiFi steady And if you need to work, the ergonomic swivel chair & desk are perfect. Great kitchen set-up, with everything I needed to prepare full meals: sharp knives, utensils, pots and pans, + basic condiments. A comfortable bed and no street noise provided wonderful sleep. The bathroom was sparkling clean with great water pressure in the shower & a fan! & full washer/dryer in garage. But what makes this place really special is the shared backyard garden where you can relax under gorgeous tall trees & wildflowers. Gina is a wonderful host & artist. She took great care of us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need for a memorable stay. She knows how to be a great host, & also gives you privacy!
