Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monplaisant

Well-located accommodation in the city center of Brive. Very pleasant accommodation, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was just missing the sheets for the click-clack which is to be avoided if you have back problems. In the landfill of the hosts, I had not specified the need for 2 separate beds for the night. Despite this small downside, I would recommend this property without hesitation!

I sincerely thank Ludovic for his welcome, availability, and advice for grocery stores and restaurants. Especially for a holiday like 01/01/25 he was there. The place is spotless. I was with my two little children, it was perfect in the heart of Sarlat city center. I would highly recommend it. You can trust Ludovic. Another very positive point: there is a garage. Thanks to Ludovic for his kindness which allowed us to have a really pleasant stay. The listing really matches the place. I would like to highlight a strong point: very nice decoration of the apartment.

Carefully renovated apartment, it was nice, functional. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the city center and the walk on the greenway that runs along the Isle. And the cherry on top of the Garonne😆, Raphaël takes care of his guests and is not short of advice. We were very satisfied

The accommodation is located in a green and peaceful environment. It is spacious and very clean, with all amenities. The bedding is of excellent quality (bed in 180 )! Marie-Claire takes the time to welcome us in person and also be present at the end of the stay. We'll be happy to come back!

Alain was very welcoming on arrival and made us feel right at home. The house had everything we needed—it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the board games and the raclette machine, which made for some fun and cozy evenings. The location was ideal for visiting nearby tourist sites and enjoying some beautiful walks in the area.

Great accommodation, very pleasant, functional and spacious. Excellent host and super responsive. ☺️ The linens provided are a real plus! I would recommend it without hesitating A little extra that would be great; add a baby kit (baby bed and high chair), and then it would be perfect 😉

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the weather - unfortunately that’s out of our control (beyond reversing climate change!). A beautiful location, fabulous pool with shallow area for toddlers and great interior. We had both parts of the property. It would have been better if they were interconnected and there were more lounge space/seating but that would have been less noticeable had the weather been better. Hosts were excellent from start to finish and quick to help when we had a small problem with a door that got stuck closed.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Amazing place to stay!! This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Périgueux. Sophie, my fantastic host, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat is so comfortable, the shower is fantastic and the kitchen is set up quite well for cooking my local market finds! Walkable to everything, and parking is incredibly easy - even though we’re in the city center!! Another huge plus? Trash and recycling bins are right across the street. Super easy to take your trash, compost and recycling out each time you go out to explore Périgueux!! The Palais is the best place to stay in Périgueux, hands down.

Very well located accommodation 10 minutes walk from downtown Sarlat. Very good communication with the hosts.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

The stay at Florian's house was very nice, with everything we needed. It's a nice house and we appreciated the recommendations in Florian's guide. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, spacious, pleasant and very clean. There's nothing missing! The calm is appreciable, the bedding is very good, and the house is very well-equipped. Sarlat is very close, not to mention all the other magical places to visit, a great stay, thank you!

We stayed in Josy's apartment for a week and we felt right at home. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Yosy is a cheerful, kind person and attentive to her guests. If we return to the area, we are sure to repeat.

The accommodation is true to the photos and description. The location was better than we expected. The terrace overlooking the garden is beautiful! Beautiful surroundings!
