Great stay and a lovely little village and nice pub a short walk away. Timber loft was very sweet, nice and clean, private and tucked away. Backs on to a small farm with some cows and sheep within view! Jan and Martin both very accommodating and helpful. Worth noting how close Aylesbury is while still feeling like you're in proper countryside

We chose the house as it was in a great location. On arrival it was spotless and beautifully presented. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kop Hill Barn. Tucked away in the stunning Chiltern Hills, the location is perfect for countryside walks, yet just a short drive to charming villages and great pubs. The barn itself is beautifully designed—stylish, spacious and immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living space is cosy. We especially loved the large windows offering a great view of the garden and surrounding hills. Annabel was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and responsive. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making this a special place to relax and unwind. Kop Hill Barn is a gem. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit! Thank you, Annabel.
