Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Escape to this charming modern house, nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Sauvagnon, with no neighbors. Combining contemporary style with the warmth of natural materials, our place is a haven of peace, perfect for couples, families or business travelers who want to recharge their batteries, offering views of the Pyrenees! The maisonette is located a few meters from our main house, so we will be available in case of any problems (except during our holidays)

Our recently renovated cottage is located 200 m from a lake, surrounded by nature in a relaxing setting conducive to disconnection. Adjacent to our small farm, you can admire our animals and enjoy country living. A large communal above-ground pool is at your disposal as well as a game room with foosball. Numerous hikes; Madiran vineyards are a stone's throw away. Sheets and towels not included, rental possible. Ask by message for low season rates.

Medium-term rental in Tarbes

Weekly rental or longer Reserved for people on assignments in Tarbes, work-study students or interns South-facing studio with views of the Pyrenees located close to the fire station. The kitchen is equipped, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and mini oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle. The 140 cm bed is on the mezzanine. TV, sofa and plenty of storage. The bathroom is small but functional with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

After a hike or cultural visits to the surroundings (Cirque de Gavarnie, Pont d'Espagne, Pyrenees passes and lakes or the International Jazz Festival in Marciac, wine route) you can relax on the terrace facing the garden, quietly, in the heart of the countryside.

Our apartment, ideal for a family of 4, is above a garage in a property with a separate entrance. Parking is available at the foot of the accommodation. We are located in a peaceful and quiet village with all amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...) nearby (5 km). We are in a wine region (Madiran, Pacherenc); you can taste these wines in different areas. Mountain bikers, trailers, hikers... will find their happiness.

Located in a small quiet village, near the Adour, 10 minutes from shops, 16 minutes from Jazz in Marciac Some sites to visit include the Montaner Tower and the Madiran vineyards. Lourdes and its attractions are 45 minutes from my accommodation and a destination for magnificent walks in the Pyrenees.
