Easy communication with the host. It made it easy for us to check in and respond quite quickly. Apartment in very good condition and clean.

We spent a few wonderful days in this house in Bayona. We were five adults and three kids, and the house was perfect for us. Everything was new and spotless, from the furniture to the appliances, which made our stay very comfortable. Even though there was only one bathroom, this one was quite spacious and had all the amenities we needed, so we had no problem in that regard. Location was very good, easy access to everything we wanted to see in the area. In addition, Javier, the host, was very attentive and made us feel at home from the first moment. In short, an excellent and highly recommended experience.

The flat was super clean and Ana organized everything perfectly. We were even allowed to enter the flat a few hours earlier as we were already around the area. It's situated close to the city center.

Very well located for exploring t/he Old Town. Both the building and the apartment are accessed via a key code, which is convenient.

Here you can feel comfortable. Really a very nice apartment. As if you were at home. Lovingly decorated, with all the details. Everything we needed was available. It was very clean and everything smelled fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We'd do it again any time! :) I only recommend earplugs for people with light sleep. But that applies to all of Portugal, as everything is very audible. :D

It was extremely pleasant to be in this apartment. The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The reception was friendly and quick and the apartment is located right in the center of Viana, close to the garden and the river. I highly recommend the space

The place is truly a dream. The whole house is super equipped, there is nothing missing in the kitchen and the beds are super comfortable. We had a great stay and were very grateful for the great communication with the owners. The area is really nice and the beach is not only super close, but also very very nice. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

I had a great stay! The house was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location was perfect, with easy access and very quiet. Communication with the host was quick and clear from the start, always available to help with any questions. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it a lot easier. The view is absolutely incredible! Such a remarkable location. Quiet, private, quaint. All the amenities and comforts of home plus much more. They have everything from coffee pods to cologne, and a washer and dryer. We will definitely return when in the area. Fantastic host, friendly, and quick to communicate. The space was excellent, better than in the photos. Everything was impeccable and we had everything we needed at our disposal. In a place with a lot of privacy and quiet. Great for family rest. André was impeccable and available for everything we need. We'll definitely come back

Beautiful property with even more beautiful grounds! Eusebio's place is very peaceful, with a big pool, flat yard, and beautiful plants everywhere! The home was perfect for our family of 3. We loved exploring this remote area, as well as driving to Viana do Castelo to shop and eat.

We had a very nice week! A great house where we felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available. Beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. A great place to enjoy some peace and relax :-)
