Its location, sheltered from the famous Moledo northerlies by the pine forest and the characteristics of the land, makes it perfect to enjoy life outdoors.

The house is close to the beach, in a pleasant area, inserted in the small village of Molêdo, and has great accessibility both by car and train. Molêdo beach is a blue flag beach, near the mouth of the Minho River, the village is close to Spain. The city of Porto is approximately a 50-minute drive away.
