My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the historic center of Bratislava. You can walk to the pedestrian zone within 3 minutes. The Danube riverbank is 3 minutes away. All historical monuments: Castle, st. Martin’s Cathedral, Main Square, Old Town Hall, etc. are less than 8 minutes walk away. Also, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The street on which the apartment is located is quiet. It is next to the park with a children's playground and a fountain.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of sightseeing, cultural events, dinner, or a stroll along the Danube riverside. Accessibility from the bus and train station is straightforward, with direct connections (10-15 min). The Bed is 160cm wide, and the Sofa Bed is 140cm wide. For groups of 1-2 people, only the bed is prepared by default. Please let us know if you want both to be prepared. Lowered cars might have problem with parking.
