Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
