Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Modesto

The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

Easy quick stay on our way through town. The main bedroom bed was super comfortable. We were only there for 8 hrs, but it was an excellent stay

Great location in Modesto near downtown, always a short drive to great restaurants and McHenry and Coffee road which have a lot of Modestos most important spots. The place itself is just as described and has a lot of parking, super nice check in and gives you peace of mind with the auto lock keypad. If you have any business nearby or in downtown I would definitely prefer the privacy of this house over any other place, would recommend it again

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

This home was perfect. It was spacious and had all the necessities of home. Ally was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. This home more than served the purpose for our visit. Everyone had their own space. Own king/queen sized bed and own bathroom. We stayed for 4 weeks, plenty of towels, linen, basic cleaning needs. Great place for short or extended stays. The host is great and communicates promptly. My wife and I stayed for a few days to explore new fishing spots. The town is small and has just about everything you need. Bass Pro is 30 min away which was super cool for us and anyone who’s an outdoors-person. The residence is in a good location. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is great! My wife and I are very clean people and we had no complaints during our stay. We’d do it again! For sure!

Lori's place is conveniently located in Oakdale, and is simple (in a good way!) and clean. The neighborhood is quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. The mattress stood out, as it was very comfortable! The place suited all my needs and I would stay there again.

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. I'm a traveler in the medical field and stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Stephen's condo was wonderful! Close to several grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of space, great kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.
