Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Modesto

We had an amazing time with our family and friends. The house was clean and in a beautiful, peaceful location close to downtown. Phil was easy to communication with and a very responsive host. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect setting to unwind and recharge before heading into the next busy stretch! The scenery and area are absolutely beautiful. We cooked a great meal in the fully stocked kitchen and the house was plenty spacey for our large group. The pack n go for my grandbaby was very handy. We also got to enjoy the hot tub and game room. We didn’t want to leave!

Super cute cabin - it looks exactly like the pictures! Renovated with modern decorations while maintaining the cozy 1950s cabin feel. Very clean and cozy. Location is 15 minutes from downtown Sonora and 35 minutes to Dodge Ridge. The hot tub hit the spot after a day of skiing and snowboarding! Quirky things you should know: 1) There's no proper meal/game table - only limited counter seating. There's a huge ottoman in the living area, but it's not the best surface for game boards. 2) There's no dishwasher, but hey, it's cabin life! 3) The microwave is on top of the fridge, so if you are short, this may be awkward. 4) Upon checkout, you need to strip the beds and take out the trash. This is common to most Airbnb's we've stayed at, but if you are accustomed to hotel life, this one takes a bit of getting used to. Otherwise, we had wonderful family time together with our teenagers. I highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Perfect for my wife, daughter and I. VERY comfy master bed (adjustable). Quiet location. No full kitchen (as we knew) but had fresh muffins out for us and a well-stocked coffee bar which we appreciated. Will likely use again when visiting family in Merced.

Lots of space to spread out. Great view and access to water. Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed. Sarah is very responsive.

Nicole was great. Super responsive for any messages or issue we had at the house. She was super accommodating too which we really appreciate. Our families loved this house! It had everything we needed and we had such a great time. Kitchen was awesome, tvs and video games were awesome, bedrooms were awesome, arcade machine was awesome, dock and paddle boat was awesome, jacuzzi was great :). In general, we had a great time hanging out, cooking and relaxing, which is exactly what we were trying to do. Really appreciate being able to disconnect for our crazy lives and have a nice, chill weekend at a cool house. Thank you ;)

Very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. The view over the water was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Check in was simple. The house was not cluttered. It was great for our family with an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Anna's place during our kid's spring break. I swam 50 laps each morning in their beautiful pool, and we went hiking down to the Nature Bridge and went to local caverns. We enjoyed our time and enjoyed Anna's place a lot! Thank you!
