Condo vacation rentals in Modena

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

Wir haben zwei Tage in Josefina’s wunderschöner Wohnung verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist belebt und sicher. Das historische Stadtzentrum ist nur einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Wohnung war wirklich SEHR sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - man hätte dort auch problemlos kochen können. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Vom Hauptbahnhof braucht der Bus nur ein paar Minuten und hält direkt vor dem Haus. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

We stayed in Villanova, Italy for 4 nights during the F1 Imola race, and it was an incredible experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by charming scenery—perfect for relaxing after the excitement of the track. Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming spot near Imola!

Hautement recommandé ! Idéal pour découvrir Modène et sa région si vous voyagez en voiture. Stationnement facile et au pied du bâtiment (mois de mai). Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Modena est une ville charmante où les balades sont très agréables. Le musée du Balsamique Traditionnel (tenu par la Consorteria) à quelques kilomètres à Spilamberto est très intéressant pour découvrir ce vrai trésor de la gastronomie locale ! Castelvetro di Modena pour un café ou un déjeuner est une très jolie étape aussi. Grazie mille!

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Bellissima esperienza, Mara è stata gentilissima in quanto è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Ottimo per la posizione, a piedi siamo riuscite ad andare ovunque!!

Another great stay. This is an absolute "gem" of a flat in the "centro" in Modena. Walkable to anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Immaculate, comfortable and perfectly equipped either for a business or leisure trip either for a solo traveller our a couple. Cracking!

Siamo stati da Enzo una notte in occasione del concerto di Ligabue al Campovolo, e non potevamo scegliere di meglio! Accoglienza al top: Enzo è stato gentilissimo, super disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La pulizia era impeccabile, tutto ordinato e curatissimo nei dettagli. Anche la colazione è stata ottima, abbondante e ben presentata. Un plus non da poco: ci ha permesso di restare un’ora in più il giorno della partenza, il che è stato davvero apprezzato. Consigliatissimo! Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sapremmo già dove andare. Grazie Enzo!

L'alloggio in cui siamo state ospitate era in zona centrale, comoda, corrispondente alle foto ed alle descrizioni. Alloggio pulito ed ordinato. Fabio si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, rispondendo sempre in maniera puntuale e fornendo utilissimi consigli. Tornei qui senza alcun dubbio.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Great apartment in great part of the town. Rita was very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Non è la prima volta che sono ospite di Roberta e mi trovo sempre bene e confermo tutto ciò che ho affermato nei precedenti soggiorni. Ospitalità, disponibilità in qualsiasi momento, alloggio pulitissimo e super attrezzato di tutto, compresa aria condizionata.

Giuseppe’s place was the best place we stayed on our Italy trip! The place is filled with little details to help you feel a little more at home while traveling. The place is extremely clean and in a really central location. Giuseppe was also extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here in Bologna!

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in style!

Ottima esperienza, nonostante si siano verificate inizialmente delle difficoltà nel fare il check-in, si è trovata subito un'alternativa. Spazioso e pulito, se dovessimo tornare a Modena sicuramente prenoteremo ancora qui.

Appartamento esaustivo, immerso nel verde con massima privacy e dotata di ogni comfort per rilassarsi al meglio. Host gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. Assolutamente da provare la piscina al coperto! Esperienza stra consigliata ,tornerò sicuramente.

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.

Tutto perfetto. La nostra permanenza purtroppo è stata breve, ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'appartamento era completo di ogni comfort e arredato con cura, perfetto per me e il mio ragazzo che desideravamo fare un giorno di smart working in un contesto tranquillo e in mezzo alla natura.
