Townhome vacation rentals in Moab Valley

Andrea’s place was a wonderful spot for our family of 5 adults who were exploring Moab and its beautiful surroundings. The house and all its amenities were awesome and just as described. Andrea sent us a great list of local recs for hikes, restaurants, and shopping as well as notifying us of the need for reservations at Arches NP. To us, this is the difference between an ok host and a fabulous host! Andrea wants her renters to get the most of the experience! We felt right at home in the neighborhood and met some nice folks at the pool. Moab is a fantastic town to visit for anyone interested in outdoor adventure, and coming home to this beautiful house after a day of that was a perfect way to complete it. The house has everything you need for a great and very comfortable stay. Andrea made sure of that!

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

The townhouse was perfect for our trip to Canyonlands! We loved the location inside and out. The inside was beautiful, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly! Sitting on the patio outside was very relaxing after a day of hiking in the park. Thanks for sharing your lovely property!!

Matt’s place is a little out of town, but pretty to look at the mountains. Nice to be across the street from the pool and playground. We drank the tap water and it seemed fine. Bring all your own condiments. The 3 bedrooms worked out well with my daughter, husband and 2 kids upstairs and we were downstairs with our own bath.

Loved our stay! Just what our family needed after days of smaller accommodations. Perfect spot for our base while visiting Arches, Canyonlands and enjoying the Moab area. Highly recommend!

This house was just what we needed for our family. We were able to get to Canyonlands and Arches National parks easily. The house was clean and had what we needed for cooking and relaxing after visiting the parks. Having access to the garage was awesome given that we have a plug-in hybrid car needing access to a wall outlet. The beds were comfy. The instructions to check in and out were easy to follow.

We had a great stay for the one evening. Place was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Moab for our group of 7. My kids particularly enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. Everything was clean and Sarah was responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

We loved the location. After a day of activities, it was great to come back to the place, make a nice meal, relax outside and just chill. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 4-night stay at Chuck's place! It was the perfect home base while we explored Moab, with all the amenities and set-up that we needed, a comfortable and nicely decorated home, plenty of space for our family of 5, and a great book of local recommendations when we arrived. We would happily come back!

Private, clean, spacious place to lay our heads while we explored Moab. While there are a lot of check out instructions compared to most Airbnbs, the beds were extremely comfortable, they were well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the house was extremely clean. There's also a nice view of the mountains from the back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a family getaway. The unit itself was cozy and felt just like home, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Right outside our door was a spacious area where the kids could run around freely, plus a beautiful little stream that added such a nice touch to the setting. The pool and hot tub area was stunning, nestled against a backdrop of majestic rocks! Moab in our backyard! Our kids had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We already can’t wait to come back next year

The home was amazing, well stocked, and well thought through! my family had a wonderful experience! The pool was lovely and easy to access from the property as well! I think the people who care for this house are maybe not doing as great of jobs for the owner. There were some minor cleanliness issues, which did not overall impact our experience, but could have been better.

This place was awesome! Between the beautiful Moab rocky views, to the relaxing pool during the heat of the desert days, to a quaint and perfect lil neighborhood to walk our dog around with well managed landscaping / grass... we could not have asked for a better Moab get away. The hot tub and fire pit were such bonuses when things got chilly at night time. Would 100% stay again

Great spot to stay in Moab. Right near town but also private in a super nice area. Plenty of room to park and the pool was great! Would stay again and recommending to all nomad friends! I’d rather stay here than a hotel any day!

We loved our stay! Comfy, clean, lot’s of amenities, good location, nicely decorated. Alison was responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

Great place to launch all the adventures. Endless fun and exploring. Utilized the kitchen 100% during our 5 day stay. Beds super comfy with great water pressure. About 5 minutes from downtown Moab. Lexi answered all our questions and delivered a shortage of Nespresso pods. Enjoyed the hot tub during sunset and watched the bats fly around. So cool! Things to note: Parking is a few hundred feet away for those who have trouble walking or need to carry heavy items to the condo. Temp is regulated by owner, you do not have control. (Lexi worked with us on that) Road noise is constant (at least from the front bedroom). I used a sound machine to drain it out, no problem. None of these deterred us. Only mentioning because some people are particular and details help. Good spot to call home while tackling Moab area.

We have been going to Moab every year for the past 14 years. This was the cleanest place we have stayed in Moab. We will definitely stay here again next year if it’s available. Having a garage to store our bikes in while we weren’t using them, was a huge bonus. Ashley was great to check in & make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Kent’s place was beautiful, clean, comfy and a short drive from downtown Moab and the surrounding natural beauty and national parks. The neighborhood was walkable and all whom we met were friendly. The accommodations were well stocked to meet all our needs. We really appreciated being able to do our laundry there too! Thanks, Kent, for a great place to stay in a beautiful place!

We had such a great stay in Moab! It was a few minutes’ drive away from the main strip but still had great views. The place was spotless and my kids loved the games. We were so appreciative of all the space and the beautiful decor.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a little outside of town which I loved, less traffic and closer to the riding trails. Christine checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and to let us know when there was a flash flood warning. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

Tod was always quick with any information I needed and provided timely details about all aspects of our stay (check-in, directions…..). Home was as advertised and the variety of kitchen appliances were a plus - many ways to make your coffee, cappuccino, espresso, etc. Highly recommend Tod and this home just a few minutes outside of Moab.
