Absolutely beautiful & pristine place with quality cookware which we appreciated. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Parking right out front! Only complaint was that living room area was extremely small. Location was perfect - 5 minutes to town, less than 15 minutes to Zugspitze, Eibsee, Partnach Gorge. Perfect for a family!

Even the welcome by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying at a friends' place.

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We were even actively supported in filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We'll be back for sure and say thank you for a wonderful vacation with you!

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Incredible view. So relaxing and close to get to paragliding, funicular, and hiking, biking or just walking. Very clean, great amenities. Everything you need for cooking including oils, spices etc as well as espresso is in stocked kitchen. Stefan was readily available to answer questions and was there when we arrived. Would give 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

We had a lovely time in Mittenwald in this apartment! It is small with one room and the kitchen (Sabine had already pointed this out to us in advance), but very cozy and the balcony creates space again. (Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and cold during our stay, so we could only use the balcony once, but otherwise it is very nice!) The closet bed helps to make good use of the space of the apartment. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The view of the apartment (over a few pretty houses) goes into the countryside, overall it is very quiet. The shutters darken well. There is a cute big cat who loves you very enthusiastically on your doorstep if you want. The location in Mittenwald is great, the Rewe is right next door. Sabine gave us very good and committed tips for hikes and restaurants, thank you for that! Especially in summer a highly recommended place to stay! :)

Great location with quick walk to center of town. We loved sitting on the terrace and enjoyed the beautiful view. Only improvement would be more towels and pillows.

I was in Michael's accommodation for a weekend and was able to rest well here after long days in nature. The place was exactly as described and Michael was very nice and proactive in communication.

Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

I was able to travel happily thanks to the really kind host and the accommodation that was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The host didn't miss any issues and solved them, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the bus stop, so I had a comfortable stay every day. If I come back to Garmisch, this is the place I'd like to visit. It was a really pretty, comfortable, cozy... and really, really nice, picture-perfect house.🥰

we visited the apartment as a family and were more than satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped, the house is in a quiet area that offers direct many opportunities for hiking. The large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house is especially great for children. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything simply and well. This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. Wonderful apartment overlooking Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and hiking in the hills

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶

I felt very comfortable in Gabi's accommodation. The bathroom is great, the view is great and the mattresses also suited my taste. Even the TV is outstanding for a vacation apartment. The kitchen is small but nice, everything necessary was available to cook something quickly in the evening. Regarding the location, you have to be aware that a main artery passes by the bedroom. Those who can only sleep with the window open may have to help a little with earplugs. None of this bothered me. If you've been hiking all day, you'll sleep like a log in the evening anyway. The advantage of the location is that you can reach the bus stop after only about 100 m. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures or in the description, the communication with Emily was also uncomplicated. The amenities and service of this property are of exceptional quality – everything is just right here :)

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
