Welcome to “Karwendelwald.” In the bedroom, you will find a king-size double bed + baby cot – in the beautiful “forest sleeping area” in the living room, there is a queen-size bed. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, capsule coffee machine (“k-fee”), coffee filter holder, kettle, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and high chair. The robot vacuum cleaner and mop takes care of cleaning the floors for you. This leaves more time for the most important thing: your relaxation!

The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Jurtendorf Ding Dong

Dear people, we have made it, the first yurt village in Bavaria has opened - Stay overnight in a yurt, which are actually three individuals. We just connected them. Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.

In just 3 minutes on the highway you can reach Innsbruck in 15 and Hall in 4 minutes.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

Between mountains and Lüftlmalerei in Mittenwald

The one-room apartment was renovated and equipped in 2024 based on the experience of our apartment next door, which has been offered since 2014. Centrally located - just ten minutes from the train station and idyllic town center - it takes a few minutes to get to the almost untouched nature. The apartment has its own terrace, access to the garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs up to the age of six.
