Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mitte

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was a pretty spacious apartment filled with very cool stuff in every corner. We at least laughed 5 times a day because of that. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has this cool lamp that makes the whole room pinkish. The neighbourhood it’s in has a lot of supermarkets and it’s close to a metro station and very close to a busstop! The only con was that the bathroom was a bit small, but we would still absolutely recommend it, it’s really worth it!

We loved our stay with Peter. The area was great, lots of lovely restaurants and great transport connections, Peter gave us lots of brilliant recommendations on what we could do in the area (the Sunday flea market was great). The flat was lovely and tidy, he even had fresh peonies. Thank you Peter!

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Check-in , sowie auch der vorherige Kontakt. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Die Lage ist super, die U Bahn Südstern ist 10 min entfernt. Wir können die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft, um beruflich oder privat ein paar Tage in Berlin zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert und die Lage der Wohnung ist super - sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen z.B. der Hbf ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wenn es sich wieder ergibt, komme ich gerne nochmal. :)

I absolutely loved this place. It was a great size for 2 people, and was perfect to come back to after a long day out. the shop across the street was lovely (10/10 coffee) and the area in general was filled with fantastic places to eat. Timo is a fantastic host, he answered any questions I had quickly. all in all, this apartment was the best I could have hoped for for my trip to berlin!

Wir haben eine herrliche Auszeit in Heikes Bungalow verbracht! Ein rundum erholsamer Trip. Der Bungalow ist super gut ausgestattet für alle Wetterlagen, ein Kamin der extrem bedienungsfreundlich ist (auch für unerfahrene Kaminnutzer*innen garkein Problem!), ein sehr gemütliches Bett, ein Bad mit Dusche (mit perfektem Wasserdruck & Temperatur!), eine gut ausgestattet Küche und ein wunderbarer Essbereich vor der Haustür!!! Und Heike ist einfach ein Schatz - freundlicher Kontakt, super easy Anreise, tolle Gespräche und gute Tipps. Alles in Allem war das "Schlimmste" nur 3 Übernachtungen gebucht zu haben - wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit 😊

Ein gutes kleines Haus mit guter Verkehrsverbindung. Sabine ist sehr gut und nett, sie hat uns getroffen und mit allem geholfen. Ich kann dieses Haus empfehlen.

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus und Garten verbracht. Wir waren acht Frauen und neun Kinder und alle waren gleichermaßen begeistert. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. Jeder hat sein persönliches Highlight gefunden. Sei es die Hollywoodschaukel, die Hühner, der Badezuber, der Kirschbaum, die Katze oder der große Tisch an dem für alle Platz war. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, konnten durchatmen, die Natur genießen und gemeinsam eine ganz besondere Zeit verbringen.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Die Wohnung von Robert hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und von dort aus ganz entspannt mit der S-Bahn in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten bietet die Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten. Das obere Stockwerk ist ziemlich flach. Danke Robert für die angenehme Begrüßung und die Möglichkeit, dass wir in deiner Wohnung in Berlin bleiben durften.

Besonders hervorzuheben: Super ausgestattete Küche, alles was das Herz begehrt. Ansonsten super Kommunikation, alles top.

Richtig schöner Ort und super freundliche Menschen. Wir hatten hier ein tolles Wochenende!

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

We absolutely loved Aaron’s unique apartment with all it’s beautiful art works, balcony and all necessities you need! Aaron was super accommodating and friendly, the apartment is located in a lovely area near restaurants and cafeterias. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! El alojamiento de Cecila y Jarl es como en las fotos, ellos son muy relajados y permiten que utilices toda la casa, la habitacion es cómoda. En persona solo conocimos a Jarl qué fue muy amigable y respetuoso, Cecilia estuvo presente por mensajes. Fue fácil comunicarnos en inglés, la casa tiene una energía muy linda y ellos también, es todo muy silencioso. Nos sentimos como en casa. Los volveríamos a elegir! Gracias a ambos!

Ángela es una host maravillosa ! Durante mi estadía fue una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria. La habitación es cómoda, tal como se describe y alrededor hay buenos y económicos restaurantes. En cuanto a la ubicación, queda un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero el transporte está muy cerca del Air bnb. Volvería a quedarme con Ángela 😊

Es war ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt. Alles vom Check in bis zum out hat alles hervorragend geklappt und war über aus freundlich, zuvorkommend und korrekt . Eine durchaus weiter zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

“We had a wonderful stay at Julian’s place in Berlin. The apartment is located in a quiet area with easy access to public transport and plenty of walking areas and parks nearby. There’s a supermarket very close by, which was super convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful view from the veranda. The host was very nice, met us in person to show us around, and was always responsive to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!”

Georgios was helpful and responsive from our first contact onwards, and made our arrival time possible even though he couldn’t be there in person. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a bathtub, and the washing machine was very handy. It was lovely to be in a proper home rather than an impersonal rental. It was a great neighbourhood, and we explored in every direction. The apartment is well connected, very close to a tram stop. It is 4th floor with no lift, but we embraced the exercise! Thanks for everything, Georgios!

Rather than expressing it in any other way, I told Omar one last thing as I checked out—I would make sure to check if this place was available first the next time I came to Berlin. It was a well-maintained building with a home just as clean. More than anything, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was better than that of most hotels. Public transportation was also very accessible. The subway was about a five-minute walk away, but from there, it connected to two or three different lines, which was incredibly convenient. The neighborhood had a different vibe from the more tourist-heavy areas, but that made it a perfect place to quietly relax.
