Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Eichwalde. The caravan is very cozy and the area is pleasant and quiet. A good base to explore Berlin if you don't want to stay in the busy city. Moritz is very kind and welcoming. Thank you for the goodness!

We had booked Lisa's Airbnb with 2 families for a 4-night getaway. We felt very comfortable, top amenities in the kitchen. The highlight was the great sauna and the large bathtub on the 2nd floor. We had a small child (3J) with us, he also loved the house, especially the garden with the trampoline. I highly recommend Lisa!!!

We had a great getaway at a premium place! The house was very clean, bright and friendly. Also excellently equipped. There was also nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom. We felt right at home. We particularly liked to return to our wonderfully quiet accommodation after a long day in Berlin, tired and with many impressions. We loved the location! Well-maintained garden overlooking the countryside, yet S-Bahn and U-Bahn to Berlin Mitte are only a 10-minute walk away. In about 20 minutes you will be in the middle of the city. The personal welcome as well as all communication were super nice and timely. Thank you again for the sparkling wine in the fridge and the fruit basket! We would come back anytime!!

Five of us spent 5 days at Daniel's place. It was a great stay and Danil was very responsive and quick to help. The unit was close to the train (which we took to the city one day) and a grocery store. We did have a car and the parking spot was a great perk. We also cooked out on the grill (it's a charcoal grill not gas, and you have to supply coals) and Sat outside and enjoyed the great weather while it lasted. We spent the rest of our time at Wannsee beach (30 min drive) which was just what we needed. I would recommend Danil's place to anyone who wants a quiet place, with plenty of room, that has a host who is very attentive and is close enough to both the airport and city center that you're not spending all Of your time commuting to places.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin right on the lake, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. We had such a lovely weekend by the fire enjoying the views and the serenity of the surrounding nature. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and we felt cozy the whole time while it snowed outside and the lake froze over. Everything was pristinely clean and our hosts were lovely too. I just wish we could have stayed longer and we'll definitely consider returning in the summer!

We spent a few beautiful, relaxing days at Veronika and Frank's place. The place was very nice, we lacked nothing. We wanted a relaxing fishing holiday with our grandson and found it here. Our hosts always had an open ear for us and stood by us with tips. There was also a bread delivery service to our surprises. Just perfect all around. My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.
