Fantastic neighborhood is very safe and quiet but extremely centrally located to entire KC metro area: 12 minutes to downtown KC & close to tons of shops and restaurants. Enjoy a meal on the huge back deck or a cup of coffee on the front porch. Family friendly location is easy walking distance to large park with playground, tennis courts, and walking trail. Main bedroom is on the ground floor with an additional bed upstairs (the stairs are ladder-like, so not suitable for everyone!). We love this little house so much and think you will too.
