Vacation rentals with a patio in Mission Bay, San Diego

We loved staying here! Our only critique is that there were only 2 pillows in the bed but aside from that everything was perfect! The patio is so nice and it’s such a great walk to the beach and bay!

It was a wonderful stay! Exactly as described with all amenities! We utilized the bikes a lot to get around the beaches! It was lovely and I will certainly remember the spot if we’re in the area again and recommend to friends! Thank you again Rex!!!

This wonderful find was amazing!! Beautiful decor, not cluttered, very clean and everything had a place and easy to find. They made sure that if you forgot something, they had it there for you! Richard literally thought of everything, we were amazed!! Very cozy outside with a lovely fireplace to sit around and beds to sit in the sun 😎 If you stumble across this place, you will not be disappointed ! Thank you Richard for opening up your place to us , your communication and helpfulness during our stay. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! It’s cozy, stylish, and has a lovely patio that I absolutely loved. The location is great too (just steps away from Cesarina)one of the best restaurants in town. It’s an excellent choice if you’re traveling with a pet, although this time my pet stayed home with my husband at the last minute. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

What can I say except that everything was perfect. New apartment, very comfortable and functional. It is very well located and the neighborhood is very quiet. The appliances were new and incredible. The bedding is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The hosts were extremely kind and very attentive. We asked for a broom and a dustpan, the next day we had them in front of the door. French state, so we came from far away, we felt at home. Thanks to Brittany and Darren for their extreme kindness. I highly recommend

Alyssa was the perfect host. She was easy to communicate with and was flexible on check in and check out. She brought an iron right away when I asked if there was one in the apartment. Her place was clean and perfect with tons of towels and blankets available. The bed was also super comfortable. I highly recommend this space if you are looking to stay in OB.

This was our second stay at this property. It was so great the first visit, we wanted to stay here again. The location is amazing! So close to Liberty Station, which has great restaurants, bars and shopping. Also a short drive to Little Italy. The property is dog friendly, and our 2 German Shepherds loved it! The yard wraps around the house and is fully fenced and safe for dogs. It's a very nice and clean casita set back from the main house, so there is a lot of privacy. The hosts are always very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family of four—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The space was really comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location was great too—close to everything but still nice and quiet. The little touches throughout the house made a big difference, and the host was awesome—super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I'll start by saying, my wife and I LOVED this house and would absolutely stay here again! Our children (2 & 5) did not share our opinion (why, will be explained in the cons section). Pros: -The house and surrounding area were BEAUTIFUL. -The home was very spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Honestly, we've stayed in some very clean homes, but this was immaculate. -LOTS of windows allowing for an abundance of natural light and great views of the beach/harbor. -Literal steps to the beach (maybe 5 steps beyond the front yard before your toes meet the sand, and another 50 or so before they're in the water). -Great food, and activities nearby. 10-20 min drive max for most activities (except Legoland ~ 40 min drive). -Picture-perfect for a photography enthusiast. Con: (very minor) -Expected the entire house based on the description and photos, not a house with an upstairs apt. To respect the other guests, our kids had to play quietly (not fun for them).

The place was in a great location, walkable to the beach and many restaurants in just a few minutes. The place had everything we needed and was well-equipped for a relaxing girls’ trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach. The Airbnb was fantastic and matched the photos and description posted. The hosts were kind and responsive. Location was perfect on Mission Beach with easy access to entertainment and great restaurant options. Wish we could have stayed longer at this great property. Would not hesitate to book again. The accommodations were fabulous. Spacious living / kitchen and a well-designed front patio that can be merged for indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen was very well stocked with all types of appliances, dishes, serve ware as well as many cooking basics and essentials (spices, oil, coffee, etc). So easy to walk all around OB and enjoy the many beach cottages in the neighborhood. Multiple coffee shops (matcha, açaí) to choose from. We could not have had a lovelier stay. Everything in the space was new and pristine. We loved having the washer/dryer as well as a full ironing board and iron. (We were in town for a graduation)! Matthew was very helpful and responsive to all inquiries. Highly, highly recommend. 5 out of 5

Nathan and Ryan’s home was outstanding! We hosted my sister’s bachelorette there and it was perfect for 9-10 guests. The details/set up of the house and backyard is great for groups. The beds were very comfortable. They were very accommodating and even had the place ready extra early for check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Our stay in San Diego was truly memorable, thanks in large part to this fantastic condo. Its central location made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer—SeaWorld, the zoo, museums, Liberty Station, and the beaches—all just a short drive away. One of the highlights for our two-year-old was watching planes take off and land nearby, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in it truly made us feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—thank you for a wonderful experience!

Carla was a very responsive host with great check-in and check-out instructions! There were a lot of restaurants and spots to check out around the area within walkable distance. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay for me and my boyfriend! The location is central enough to everything we wanted to do and see here in sd. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed! Instructions are listed clearly and communication with Nick was always quick n reliable! There’s some pretty significant construction out in front of the building, so street parking was a bit tricky since the parking space provided in the garage couldn’t accommodate our truck - but that was just a minor inconvenience for our ginormous rental lol.

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

This is our second time staying at Niloofar’s Airbnb and it was, again, a fantastic experience. It is a great location within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb is clean, matches the photos exactly, and was the perfect base camp for a family of four. Niloofar was also extremely responsive; after an initial mixup she immediately made sure we had a pack n’ play for our son. Everything about our stay was great; we can’t say enough about this location and host—we hope to be back soon!!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!
