Great quick little vacation! Great location as well! Will be back!

The place is really nice. The neighborhood seems great. Everything was easy to use. We were always able to find parking near the condo. It was close to the bay and the boardwalk. It worked out really well for me and my daughters. The remodeled bathroom is so nice. I was not expecting it to be as nice as the photos but it is!

It was a wonderful stay. We were there for a week and it was perfect for 2 people. Amazing location, between the beach and the bay, as well as close to restaurants and bars. Neighbours were friendly and the whole experience was fantastic!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!

Our hosts were very friendly and super responsive. Check in was easy and parking is free and right out front. The space was clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, keurig maker with coffee pods, nice dishware. Everything worked and the unit was clean. The area was quiet and we enjoyed walking out a few steps to the bay. I especially watching the water sports on the bay. Great family area with boardwalk which was perfect for biking and walking. Mission Beach was a 15 minute walk and we rented bikes and loved riding by the ocean. Thank you!

Great place - location of beach and park next door was perfect. Very responsive communication and friendly maintenance team to address normal “stuff”. Well stocked basic items and nice, modern working appliances. Kitchen well stocked too. Unique wide opening windows feel like the outside is inside. Lots of places to play or relax, which does invite late night activities near the home. All good except when sleeping. Once windows closed it’s quiet. Weekdays were very slow and quiet. Weekend had activity past 1am. Felt safe the whole time. Overall we would come back.

My wife and I have stayed at Michelle's place several times and it is consistently peaceful, clean, and wonderful. Michelle is a very responsive hostess and her place is very comfortable. The layout is perfect for two (or one) adults. Looking forward to a return visit.

We had an incredible stay in Sedona. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, and the peacefulness of the location made it the perfect getaway. It was remarkably quiet, yet still within easy walking distance of everything we needed shops, trails, and restaurants. The setup was perfect, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This home was everything we needed it to be. Super clean, very cozy, exactly as described. The parking situation was great because looking for parking would have been rough. We were there for a concert at petco park and we got to skip all the hassle of transportation because we could just walk to it from the home. Would definitely do that again.

We loved are stay! Easy to walk to grocery market, beach and restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay! beautiful views. Just sitting outside watching people and the beautiful bay made our vacation just perfect. Loved to be able to walk to a restaurant for breakfast. Highly recommend this lovely place right in front of the water. Our host was sooo nice!

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

It's all about the view: the bay, the ocean, Belmont can all be viewed from the balcony. The walking/biking trail around the bay is just outside your door and Kevin has beach bikes available to use. We rode often in the morning, around the bay, to the ocean and then strolling along the ocean. Very relaxing!

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Paolo was a great host. You literally have everything you need here. The bed was so comfortable. The balcony was so cute and the natural lighting and all the windows was amazing to have. Would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Excellent place to stay! What a great location and view! Gorgeous. Walkable to so many wonderful places. Great food, beaches, stores, beach boardwalk and more. A close drive to the Zoo, La Jolla and beautiful parks. Not too far from the airport. The place was very clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!
