50 sqm apartment with mountain views in Hellengerst near Kempten

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure activities here :-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail are prepared. Lakes, hiking trails (including the Way of St. James), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not too far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.
