I offer a nice small but functional and cozy furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, kitchenette with electric plate (induction), coffee machine, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, direct-dial telephone, baby/crib additionally available on request, bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. Note: the "tourist tax" is NOT included in the total price and is charged separately! €3.20 per person/night (possible increase in 2026)

The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from about 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday on the wonderful south terrace. You will feel comfortable in this high-quality one-bedroom apartment. The amenities in the house Obermaiselstein offer you a swimming pool, 11.11-12.20. Table tennis table, a barbecue area with seating & loungers in the communal garden. Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.

Summer Mountain railway ticket 2025 (Allgäu Walser Premium Card) included! The modern vacation home is situated on a quiet road in Tiefenbach, Oberstdorf Allgäu. You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
