Excellent high standard house in luxury beachfront condominium, next to the Arraial D'Ajuda Eco Park. Perfect for families the 2-story home is air-conditioned throughout contains 4 master bedrooms with cable TV, plus a large living room integrated with kitchen, dining area and balcony. The house has several toys and books for childrens. You can also enjoy the common area with 3 swimming pools, gym, sauna, restaurant, concierge and 24 hour security.
