This home was incredible. Private, beautifully appointed, tasteful, with attention to detail. There was spectacular art on the walls and tables, fully functioning amenities including mosquito nets for the beds, complete kitchen, clean and maintained pool with large pool towels, toiletries for the bathrooms, sparking white bathroom towels, views from every room and daily maid service, to name just a few of the fine qualities of this home. It is the best home I’ve ever rented on any platform. Well worth the cost.

Excellent house, just like the very thoughtful photos. The separation of the rooms being some inside the house and others outside the much more privacy for travel in very good local groups I recommend.

I spoke to the host only on the AIRBNB website. It was the collaborator Eliana, who was sensational. Very helpful, solicit and discreet. Very good. In addition, she referred us to a taxi driver, since she was with a person over the age of 80, and he catered to us on transportation to the beach. Another important point was that Eliana indicated to us a chef, super good also, named Ricardo who has a fantastic menu. Ajeitou all before our arrival and it was wonderful. FIRST LUXURY!!!!!!!

The flat is great! Enough space to rest, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook. As we were working, there was also enough space for us to improvise a home office. The condominium is also very beautiful, has a swimming pool and showers. You are a few steps from the beach is easy access to other attractions of Porto Seguro. I highly recommend!

Good and quiet place, well located, near the best beach in Taperapuan. Very polite and helpful home town. It was the first time my parents had been on a beach, felt very happy and loved staying at the house. We intend to return if God allows us.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ricardo's house... it's no wonder. Me and my family felt at home, it is close to the center, at the same time outside the hustle and bustle, very quiet and safe. Returning to Arraial, Ricardo's house will always be our first option.

The amazing house!!!! The pictures do not translate how cozy it is.....very spacious. The pool has a great temperature that we didn't want to leave it all day long. I received all the information that I needed for whatts. We hired the cook Linda for the days we were and she is wonderful. The taste and spices better than the restaurants we were. All the guests highly praised the house. I want to come back!!!!!

It was one of the best stays I've had on Airbnb! Amazing location and wonderful and extremely equipped house! It is certainly the best option for those who want to experience the Trancoso square! I recommend it!

Great place! The condominium is very beautiful, the pool and setting beautiful, with the sea next door. The house is welcoming for a large family or a group of friends. Very well-equipped and cozy. Domingas , a nice lady, comes to do the cleaning three times a week, which is very convenient. Communication with Friedrik is fluid and very attentive. If we will go back to Arraial it is at this house that we will come back.

The place is lovely, everything clean and impeccable, the private pool is a plus! The great kitchen, with all the utensils, good for preparing something to eat, Trancoso all expensive kk Location is great, close to everything. The very cordial peterson, super flexible, let us do the checkout much later than agreed, as there were no more guests. Amamos, we will come back again and again.

My stay at Élina's apartment was simply perfect! The place is very well located, clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend Residence Pé na Areia!!! Beautiful and cozy place. It really is “feet in the sand,” because the beach is the backyard. Super clean and organized house. Sufficient, clean and high-quality bed and bath linens. Comfortable beds. Marco is attentive and helpful. He always assisted us efficiently. The staff are very polite. I felt safe, as the condominium is closed and there is a guard at night. And on top of that, there's the “being in Bahia” that I love so much.
