Casa Roxa is simply amazing in every aspect. Luciano the housekeeper and his mother Francisca are very attentive, Francisca is very attentive at breakfast. Excellent beds and bed and bath linens. Perfect location. The shower on the way back from the beach is a plus, in addition to providing beautiful photos. When you arrive at the house, it's even better than you expected. I highly recommend it and we'll be back soon.

I and my husband love everything, initially contact with Tiago, at the guesthouse Luciano, Leia, attentive, helpful, always available, the room that we were, very comfortable, spacious, clean, with air conditioning(in Bahia makes all the difference), the land all well wooded, the beautiful view, the sunrise do not miss, admire the view; eating breakfast that is tasty and in the right measure, and looking at the sea at the end of the afternoon. The house corresponds exactly to the ad: it is new, very well decorated, comfortable and in great shape. It is in a more secluded area, which may make locomotion difficult for those who are not by car. However, the site is extremely quiet, wooded and quiet, providing a very pleasant stay.

Cozy condo, good location (close to the ferry, shops, laundry, bakery). Surrounded by woods, very good pool, sun loungers, barbecue area. It has no ocean view (as stated in the listing). Beach access is across the avenue and walking ~100 meters, through a community entrance. House with great structure, newly built, 4 large en-suites (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor). Comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens. It has a great private pool and private barbecue area. The host sent us all the guidelines and suggestions about Arraial. She was attentive and responded to all requests that arose. Points to consider: > Stairs to the upper floor are VERY dangerous for children and the elderly. > Pots in poor condition (handles breaking, impregnated with grease). > To be perfect, some accessories are missing: washing machine, freezer for drinks, electric oven. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful experience. The place of the accommodation is fantastic, literally waterfront. Sleeping and waking up listening to the sea makes everything special. The chalet was impeccable, smelling and well set up. The location is great and close to the main streets with restaurants and shops. Being disconnected from the internet and the noise of cars is a unique experience. A special observation to the care of Milena, which was responsible for arranging everything from cleaning, checking in and out and we made it extremely comfortable. We will definitely come back again and again.
