It is in the best location of Arraial d'Ajuda at the end of Rua do Mucugê, facing the sea and with its back to the center, a 300-meter walk (an uphill) to reach the part of the street where the bars and restaurants are. In the Mar Paraíso condominium there is a hotel of the same name, the services provided by it (breakfast, restaurant...) are limited to hotel guests.
