Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

Great location and view from apartment

Jayden place is great. Squeaky clean, close to everything. Exactly like the pictures. Jayden was very friendly, kind and flexible. We truly appreciate his great communication. We were a family of 4 adults that loved the place and had plenty of space. Thank you Jayden and team!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

Great location, very walkable. And the apartment was a good size and clean. Wish list: more than just one fob to the building would have been convenient. Plus there were MANY lockboxes at the door. There should be an indication of which one belongs to this unit... I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out! Otherwise, it was perfect!

Absolutely loved this place. Excellent design & very thoughtfully appointed. The details—decore, multi headed showers, customizable lighting, lots of entertainment treats—large TVs, bar, dart board, pool table & more. Comfortable & very fun. Secure, gated parking was a big plus. One of best Airbnb pads I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in dozens around the world. Location—close to beach, LAX, SoFi, Cosm, and much more. Hosts are great—helpful, clear instructions, quick recommendations & very responsive. I’ll go back. Highly recommended.

Place was great, and location was awesome. Steps from Trader Joe's and Target, and walkable to heart of UCLA's campus.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

My family was very happy with Robert's place. Convenient location, very quiet. Our family of 4 fit right in. Amenities were great. Wifi was strong, play station 5 was perfect for my son. Bed was comfortable, kitchen complete. It was an overall perfect experience and I highly recommend Robert's place. 5 star!!

Yese was a very responsive and helpful host. The building is huge but very quiet and we hardly saw anyone in the hallway. The apartment was very clean. Safe and convenient location for a mother and teen traveling - easy access to the local freeway, Ralph Supermarket and Starbucks were a 5 min walk away. The parking lot was a bit of a maze but once you drive through once or twice, you know where to go and which elevators to take. The only con is the pillows! The mattress was very comfortable but the pillows need to be updated/upgraded. Overall, a great stay.

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, with clear instructions for check-in and an easy checkout process. The place felt private, had great amenities, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful! I was really happy with the vibe. The only thing that caught me off guard was the gardener situation. While Charity did let me know they’d be coming sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM and mentioned they’d only stay for a couple of minutes, they ended up staying closer to 20 minutes. At one point, I thought they had finished and left, but they came back unexpectedly. I was also under the impression they’d be on the side of the house, but they came into the backyard where the outdoor bathtub and sauna is, without any entry warning. It just made things feel a little less private during that window of time. That being said, everything else about my stay was truly great, and I’d still recommend !

Annie’s charming bungalow was the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Perfect location, comfortable beds, responsive host and a backyard that you’ll never want to leave. I look forward to coming back someday.

Even though my stay was very short, just one night, it was a perfect getaway from the city with beautiful views and privacy. The house looks even better than the pictures, everything was clean and ready for my stay. The host was very responsive all the time

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his 24th birthday and we had a blast. The guest house was very nice and I loved the view from the little garden. We were able to cook pretty well with the electric skillet and finding the place was pretty easy. Area was very nice and I’d loved seeing all the flowers planted everywhere. Over all this place was beautiful and we would stay here again!!

Stunning home in a peaceful location. Fav memories: waking up to the sound of birds chirping around me, taking in the view from the hot tub, making breakfast while the sun soaks in. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home!

Without a doubt, we would eagerly book this lovely home again for another delightful stay.

When they created Airbnb this is the place that had in mind. The studio was large, bright, clean and super comfortable with everything we needed, including and our jacuzzi and outdoor shower. It’s set in a really nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking and great access to all the fun of the west side. Cynthia is a great!

Lovely stay. The house was very clean and quiet, in a beautiful, secure area. The amenities were good (including a washer and dryer that were very easy to use) and the house was very comfortable. Gary was responsive to communication (but did not pester) and helped with anything that came up. I would definitely stay again.
