Nice, spacious and clean house. It is close by to different places to be visited. It is also nearby grocery store and restaurant. Spotless house. The host is very responsive.

A very nice quest room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was a little creaky but did not keep me awake. Waseem was friendly and helpful. An added plus were the snacks and plenty of water that were provided. I would definitely contact Waseem if I’m in the area again!

We visited San Diego with family for my brother in law’s graduation weekend and loved our stay! Home was exactly like the pictures, clean, and neighborhood felt safe. We definitely recommend this stay & will definitely be booking when we visit sunny SD again.

Jodi and Thomas were both very friendly, large room, quiet but the best part was meeting the dogs 🐕 both very friendly and up for a good scratch

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

We really loved staying here. it was sooo close to the beach and awesome coffee shops. We will most definitely stay again!!!!

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

communication was great! few blocks from donut shop and an ice cream shop and just a few more blocks down are breweries and other good fun restaurants. the place is very clean, this particular room did not have a view of the outside much however, you're not there for the view. it is a small space think of a dorm room. keep in mind that it is a gated complex however, you have to get out of your car to open the gate and there can be a lot of folks walking down the pathway and lots of e-bikers whizzing by make sure to keep your car door shut when you get out. there's also not an elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or it's heavy you will have to go up a flight of stairs. this is an end unit which is nice because you're right by one of the exits. overall it's a great place to stay if you're just a party of one or two.

Everything about this stay was perfect. At first, I was a little worried about the reviews about the shower water being cold, but both showers had hot water running! Friendly host! Very responsive! And very helpful security at the door! The place was very fresh, clean and beautiful! Definitely one of my favorite stays added to Tijuana!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

This place was absolutely perfect for what my wife and I needed. Perfect distance from downtown San Diego to get a city feel, but also far enough to not be super loud and busy all the time. Tony was a great host and was very responsive when we needed anything.
