Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza e la pace che si respira in questa meravigliosa casa immersa nel verde degli oliveti itrani. Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile e ha superato ogni aspettativa. Tutto è curato al dettaglio dall'host Ascanio, persona squisita e sempre disponibile, che ha addirittura redatto una guida ai luoghi e attività di interesse della zona. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e super coccolati, in un ambiente pulito, confortevole ma soprattutto silenzioso. Davvero consigliatissimo!

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

L’appartamento ha un’energia ed un fascino fuori dal comune. La vista sul mare é sfarzosa. Ci si sente a casa, circondati da tanta bellezza. Luca é un host d’eccezione, presente e proattivo. Il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi.

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Sergio è cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere e consigliare al meglio per rendere il soggiorno più che piacevole. La casa è perfetta, pulita e dotata di tutto anche oltre il necessario. Torneremo da Sergio per trascorrere giornate di relax e approfondire la conoscenza del Molise.

Sono stata nella splendida villa dalu situata tra le colline di itri a pochi minuti da sperlonga e gaeta. La villa è dotata di tutti i confort dal barbecue immerso nel vigneto ad una splendida piscina. Dotata di solarium, cassa wi-fi, tavolo da ping pong e altri confort, la villa è completamente climatizzata con un maxi schermo nella zona giorno e tv nelle zone notte, tutto è studiato nei minimi particolari. Come i letti con il topper comodissimi in cui ho dormito benissimo, la doccia idro è favolosa e in cucina non manca niente c’era anche la friggitrice ad aria, mi sono completamente rilassata, grazie villa dalu ci rivedremo molto presto ❤️

Perfekt for oss midt i gamlebyen med en fantastisk helt usjenert takterrasse med 365 grader utsikt over byen og havet. Topp koselig leilighet med alt vi hadde behov for,- flott innredet med stue og et stort soverom og en koselig kontorplass. I tillegg til et bra kjøkken med alt vi hadde behov for. Midt i sentrum av gamlebyen med torg og flere restauranter i nærheten og en liten nærbutikk rundt hjørnet med ferske brød og alt vi trengte. Pulserende Italiensk liv. Så at noen i sin kommentar antydet støy fra restaurant på bakkeplan. Litt høylytt Italiensk på lørdag men for oss var det bare sjarmerende og det er bare å lukke vinduet så unngår man støyen. Så også i en kommentar at det manglet brannvarsler i leiligheten. Det stemmer ikke,- brannvarsler er montert. Oppsummering fra oss,- perfekt!

Great，spacious place with 2 bathrooms and 3 huge bedrooms. The rooms are splendid with painted ceilings and lovey decoration. The amphitheater is also within walking distance as well as a supermarket. The communication with the host went smoothly and our questions where answered timely.

Una vacanza incantevole. Accolti da Stella nella sua bellissima casa, ci siamo subito sentiti a casa nostra, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Il cesto dei prodotti di Tony come benvenuto è di una bontà commovente, sapori autentici. Grazie per i consigli, la guida di Stella per il borgo di Sperlonga ci ha arricchiti e resi orgogliosi nel presentarci non come ospiti ma bensì come amici importanti. La bellissima e ampia casa è immersa nel verde e gode della meravigliosa vista del lago e del mare, una autentica oasi di riposo. La posizione è super consigliata per una vacanza sia culturale alla scoperta della Costa di Ulisse che per il bellissimo mare e le meravigliose spiagge di Sperlonga. Una nota particolare va al comodissimo letto e divani, il nostro corpo ne ha gioito! Grazie ancora alla super host Stella, consigliatissimo soggiorno. P.S.: i pomodori, i cetrioli e il rinomato sedano dell'azienda agricola di Tony hanno avuto un successo strepitoso. Arrivederci, Antonello & Gino.

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

Giorgia’s place is pretty, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The terrace and the garden are lovely and the view to the sea too. The location is great, very close to Gaeta and not far from Sperlonga. There are plenty of nice beaches and hikes to explore. Giorgia was always very supportive and gave us nice suggestions of activities, restaurants and places to visit. The only downside its the main road which is nearby and we can hear the cars from the garden/terrace. We loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

Ho scelto Villa Limonaia per accogliere alcuni amici in visita da Parigi, e posso dire con certezza che è stata la scelta perfetta: la villa rispecchia le foto, immersa nella natura, silenziosa, con il canto degli uccelli e un piccolo orto che aggiunge un tocco autentico. Gli interni in pietra sono curati e accoglienti. Ogni mattina ci svegliavamo circondati solo dai suoni della natura, senza rumori o disturbi. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Tutti i miei amici sono rimasti entusiasti dell’esperienza, e siamo ripartiti con il cuore pieno di gratitudine per i giorni trascorsi in questo luogo magico. Un luogo che rigenera, perfetto per chi cerca pace, bellezza e autenticità. Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Francesca è stata super disponibile e l’appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. Il lettino da campeggio accanto al letto preparato per nostra figlia di 2 anni un tocco in più! Sarà decisamente un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi futuri. Grazie!

Siamo arrivati nel posto che ci aspettavamo: Tranquillo e dotato di tutto ciò che ti può servire, le foto non rendono giustizia alla stupenda natura che circonda questa casa. Certamente non è un posto adatto a chi si aspetta di trovare l’albergo a cinque stelle, ma sicuramente adatto a chi ama la quiete e la natura Sandro è stato molto gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità, dimostrandosi da subito accogliente e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente a chi ama vivere la natura, e con l’auto in poco tempo, si può raggiungere un mare fantastico!

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!
