Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Minocqua Lake

Great place! It’s small but was perfect for my husband and I. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. How wonderful kayaks were available to use. We enjoyed using them on this beautiful lake. The lake is so crystal clear. And location was perfect. We were able to get around so easily. We only stayed 3 nights. We definitely will be back and will stay longer.

Luke has been very communicative throughout the whole process. He has maintained contact before, during and after our stay. The apartment is located within walking distance to several local eateries. You're also not far from the Wisconsin border where you will find even more restaurants. Upon arrival, we weren't entirely sure where the apartment was because there was no clear address on the building and we never saw a photo of the outside. It's a very spacious apartment, they have done some great updates to the place. New shower with great water pressure. They upgraded the TV before our visit. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs (dishes, pans, cups, etc.) and our bed was comfortable. Like much of the U.P. it's an older building (built in 1887), but I have no doubt that the owners are going to restore its charm.

A very beautiful place to stay in and Fred the host was very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely go back again.

There’s not enough good things I can say about the 3 1/2 days we spent at Sandra’s! It was very well appointed, if we needed it, it was there, and the space was roomy and cozy all at the same time! It took us a few minutes to figure out that the space was behind the street address on Lake Avenue, but even the people we asked for some help were friendly and outgoing! We felt like part of the community from the start!

The AC in the bedroom was great, as "fall" was still quite warm. All in all, Jhen was a pleasure to deal with, and this home was a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect place to stay in Phillips! Located right downtown and was easy to get to! Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely come back!!!!! We ate at the Pea Patch one evening and listened to some great live music Nearby grocery store was also very friendly and had everything we needed. Our dogs also loved the place as well :)

We loved our stay at Loon Landing! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 dogs. The property was beautiful and private, very well-kept. We loved having access to the paddle boat, canoe, and kayaks! The lake was perfect for swimming (for humans and dogs)! The host thought of EVERY accommodation you would ever need (and more). Shane was sure to check-in frequently and was readily available at all times. 10/10 would recommend this listing to others!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at Little Red! Sue is a phenomenal host; whether it was accommodating our unexpected early arrival or sharing the secret behind the fresh scent of her linens, Sue went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our needs. The property itself is also worthy of praise. Little Red is located on an accessible road, making it easy to come and go year round. This makes it easy to enjoy the local attractions, especially with Sue’s detailed recommendations left on-site. Summertime visitors will love the convenient access to the lake as well as the amenities Sue provides, such as fishing equipment and water toys to explore the lake. Winter visitors will also appreciate features like a wood stove and plenty of wood. It is not an easy task to make someone feel at home while on vacation, but Little Red truly felt like our home away from home during our stay, and we are already considering a return visit in the fall. Had a great stay! Very easy instructions to get into the home and great location near Ski Brule. The owner did a great job to make the stay perfect. Access to washer/dryer, with included detergent, was super helpful with the ski gear. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience and made our ski trip even better

Carrie was great! She communicated instructions for check in timely and clearly. For the few questions we did have, she got back to us right away. There were also instructions in the condo The place was just as described in a great location! We had a great vacation and it was so nice to call this place home for a week!
