Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mindanao

Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice clean pool to cool off in. Easy access to amenities. Very safe in a walled/gated area. Beautiful spot.

The place is easy to find and with lots of amenities. Our kids enjoyed the pool even during daytime. They also have comfortable rooms with aircon. They have comfort rooms in every floor so you wont worry in going downstairs. The staff also is very approachable. Overall, the place feels like home.

This was a wonderful place to rent. With the rolling brownouts affecting most other Airbnb‘s in the area, this place was well prepared, and we were never without electricity. The house manager was beyond helpful as a best practice. I would recommend getting the phone number of some tricycles since riding a motorcycle isn’t as much fun when it’s raining and you’re not going to find them sitting outside your door.

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

We enjoyed our stay here the house is beautiful and very spcious. Everything is nice! Host is very accomodating! We will surely stay here again!

I would definitely use this Airbnb again when in the area, it has the privacy of a home with convenience of service from the resort next door.

Ka Cey is an amazing host! she responds immediately. when I asked for fresh towels on our second day, she had them delivered pronto! the place is worth the price and more! location is tops! amenities are in place and appliances worked perfectly. I loved the bed and pillows! this is one thing that most hosts take for granted. am glad Ka Cey made this an important feature! parking is a challenge but not an issue. as frequent travelers we survive issues like this. we find ways. I will recommend to friends!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We felt at home staying in this cute place. It is clean and has complete utensils. It suits for family of 4. Would love to stay again!

We spent a perfect week in Panglao in Jeralyn's accommodation. Close to the French Touch Diving center where we spent most of our days. The place was very clean and the sheets changed regularly. It's a very nice place, away from the road.

You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t stay here. Hands down best place we stayed in our month around Philippines. Super modern, super clean, friendly hosts, incredible yard and great vibe. Wish we had more days to stay at Neil’s place longer!

The place was really homey and clean, the couch and bed were very comfortable. Kate & Jun were accommodating of my request for a late check out. The area itself was really peaceful and quiet, very secure as well as there are quite a number of guards and staff always on duty. I did not feel unsafe even if I was travelling solo. Will definitely consider booking them again.

Went here to work with my friend. Place is very accessible and peaceful. Internet is fast w/c was our priority when looking for a place to work remotely. Host is also very responsive, check in and out is seamless. Everything we need is there. Highly recommended

The location is near a mall, coffee shop, & all.. 😊 Can't say much on this coz we didn't have time for roaming around when we arrived. It was really for sleeping over coz we were out the ff morning for our travels back to our own towns. The place is good naman for what was advertised.. There's a whole lot of kitchenwares for you to use. Basic amenities were provided. We just sleep the whole time we're there actually... Hahaha Thank you Ms Debbie for making sure of our convenience.. 😊

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ms. Irene’s place. The Place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect—close to SM uptown.
