Our host David and his staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful during our stay. Property was fantastic and we had all the amenities we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this as a holiday get away.

Our team stayed in this house for our Team Building and we had an amazing experience! The host was very accommodating with all our questions and requests. The rooms and beds provided were all very spacious so even though there were 9 of us staying in the house, it didn’t ever feel suffocating. There were a total of 3 bathrooms (2 were outside the main house but still very accessible) so it made getting ready much easier, especially since we were all girls! Since the main bathroom is also quite big, it didn’t ever feel too cluttered despite having to share it with multiple people! The back patio space was very useful for our activities and it also became a preferred working space for most of our team who wanted to do some work yet still want to have a view of the sea. The area is also very quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery so you can really take in the vibe of Camiguin. Would highly recommend this place for a long-trip with a big group!

I would suggest to always check the things if functioning before the check inn time.

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

My family and friends had an amazing stay at Paul's place. We were traveling as a large group and it can be hard to find restaurants for 14 people at a time. It was so helpful to have Paul recommended caterers to cook meals at the house.

My family and I really enjoyed the place. Complete kitchen utensils and cooking pots. Sir tom is very generous enough to let us check in early to drop of our things and change cloths before proceeding to our tour. Place is clean and cozy and we loved the swimming pool. Thank you for having me and my family. We will surely comeback.

There were 5 of us for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The place is quiet, it is very clean, the host, Veronica, is a very friendly and helpful person. We recommend it 100%

The host has a nice little garden with great triangular plums and all kinds of plants, and a cute dog and cat which is my favorite.The facilities in the house are also nice, with a yard and a balcony.Kitchen utensils and dishes are fully equipped and suitable for long-term rental.The location is also not bad, it is a 15-minute walk from the white sand beach and a 10-minute drive from Arona Beach, which is also quite convenient.I recommend everyone to stay comfortably.

I can’t praise Gloria enough. The location was peaceful and out of the way, but close to everything. The property exceeded any expectations I had. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back to Dumaguete.

During our trip to the Philippines, this is the best place to stay! We felt like we were family friends! Even the dogs in this house accept you, as if you were already familiar with them! Chic territory, chic apartment, chic hosts, chic dogs, chic island! I didn't even want to leave and I really want to go back there again! Definitely worth the money! The location is very convenient! Ma’am Karla is responsive and clear with her instructions. When we arrived, we were assisted well and they were very helpful during our stay. Had a great stay! The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very easy to communicate with. The place had all the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

Aaron was very responsive and displayed concern when our flight got redirected. He constantly checked in and adjusted to the changes when we missed the van that was supposed to fetch us from the airport, made arrangements for our port pick up and some requests we made while at the place. The location was just right for what we wanted - not too far from the famous spots but also laid back and peaceful.We will definitely be back and book with IAO Surf Camp again next year!

- Nice strategic location; fenced and private - Walkable and very accessible to restaurants and other establishments - Kuya Jay Mark was very helpful and responsive; he has a motorcycle you can rent (can negotiate easily) - Complete utensils, we have everything we need - Distilled water was provided (including the refill) - Strong internet It's like home away from home. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.
