Nice place, easy driveway parking, 20ft semi-private path through gate to your private side doors. Comfortable bed, helpful hosts, good wifi, nice bathroom. Recommends: Near Cape Canaveral, take the leap & spend a day at NASA. Pricy, but worth it. Highly recommend the Explore KSC 2hr Add-On bus tour that you have to schedule/buy separate from admission & the included short bus ride to Apollo / Saturn V Center. Also on the Space Coast, 89.7 FM WRRJ, Cocoa Beach's own reggae surf station. If Orlando bound, highly recommend the Orlando Fringe festival (2 weeks in May, or 4 days in January) for all kinds of hour-long theater/story/comedic/music/dancing performances. & Orlando Shakes[peare Theater]. Also 91.5 FM WPRK, "the best in basement radio" from Winter Park / Rollins College. And try the Audobon Park Community Market Mon 5p-8p at Stardust Vid & Cafe. Or head to Sanford and enjoy their walkable downtown & Sat 10a-3p Farmers Market. Also Palate Coffee & Henry's Depot food hall.

Wonderful! Even better than when I stayed there a few years ago with a little remodel since then. Easy walk to restaurants and great ice cream. Can watch rocket launches from the back windows or from the park behind the building. Just a really cool and interesting space in a great location and a great host. Clean, easy, great directions, etc., etc., etc!

The 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has the perfect layout. Everything was new, fresh and very comfortable. I had a poolside condo with a nice size porch to view the water and relax. The rocket launch was the ultimate view. I would highly recommend this condo.
