Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Milpitas

We had a great week at this property visiting family and exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay at this home, very close proximity to explore the redwoods, easy to get to highway, close to grocery store, gas station, and about 20 min to Santa Cruz. The layout of the house was very nice for our family of 3 adults and 3 young kids. There were very cute little details of the house that added a special touch. Pavan is a very gracious and professional host. He addressed our issues quickly and responded immediately throughout our stay.

My family visited my daughter’s university (Santa Clara University) during spring break. We are very satisfied with Bella’s house. Good location, spacious living room with five clean bedrooms! We have six people and each one has his own room. My five year old and one year old daughters can walk to two different nearby playgrounds each morning. They can also walk to the library within ten minutes. So kids-friendly! On the first day when I discovered the microwave didn’t work, I called Bella. She replaced it with a new one within 30 minutes. She also ordered a brand new highchair for my baby! Such a considerate host. We will choose to stay in her house again in the future.

Loved this home! Pictures are at best accurate, if anything undersell how amazing the feeling is sitting under the trees in the yard! The amenities in the house are great, every time we wondered if something was there - it was! Great jumping off point for the local state park or a number of coastal beaches. It’s worth noting that if you’re hoping for late night partying you might look elsewhere, there are neighbors and very explicit noise restrictions from 10-8. Wasn’t a problem for us. We had a great time and are definitely looking to keep on our list for future visits!

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

We stayed at Hamzeh’s home for a little under two months while our home underwent construction with our family of 5. The home was beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was large and open concept which made supervising my kids while preparing meals a comparative breeze. The absolute best thing about this house was its location for us. We are Livermore locals and my husband was born and raised in Springtown which is just down the hill. Our absolute favorite place to hike in the area is Morgan Territory regional preserve which is a few short minutes up the hill from the property. I will never forget our peaceful time at this home watching my children hike on the property and learning to appreciate nature. Hamzeh was such a warm and kind host and I look forward to recommending this property to family and friends in the future.

We had a fantastic time here and would love to go back. It has amazing privacy, peace & quiet and the mountain views are even better than we expected. The house was very comfortable and became the center point of our whole trip. We would gladly go back again and can highly recommend this location and the hosts.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

Definitely five star quality of decor and architecture..Qian was super accommodating, absolutely amazing - so kind, and friendly. And the bed was super comfortable and atmosphere was very tranquil. We felt like we were in Tuscany. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Qian :)

This Hacienda was located on top of the Santa Cruz Mountains and was so majestic, peaceful and breathtaking. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The view was incredible, watching the clouds and marine layer blanket over the trees. Each bedroom had comfy beds. Kitchen stock well with everything you need. Bathrooms clean. Heated floors were a nice touch. Sitting outside on various patio levels was magical. Felt like I was at retreat. Lisa was quick to respond. Our family loved staying here and getting away from city noise and hustle bustle. Thank you Lisa and Chris for sharing your home. This place is a real gem.

Absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful cabin. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and seclusion that made it the perfect escape. The cabin itself is incredibly cozy, warm, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of the true highlights was the hot tub, tucked away in nature and perfect for unwinding under the stars. The host was exceptionally responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway - this place is a gem, and I can’t wait to return!

The host was excellent very responsive. The hot tub went down and he had it repaired within a few hours. I would definitely highly recommend staying here. It’s beautiful and the accommodations and view are fantastic.

Beautiful and clean cabin with just as beautiful surroundings. The skylights and windows facing the bushes and trees kept a sense of feeling connected to the surroundings. Hot tub was great and access to the creek was a lovely bonus. I felt like Snow White and was waiting for woodland creatures to join me in the cabin for a cup of morning tea.

This place was an amazing spot for a friendly getaway with 8 guys. We went up there for access to nature, hiking, and just getting away from it all and this place was amazing. From the amenities to the fully stocked kitchen, it was perfect. The upstairs shower was also AMAZING. Weird thing to put in to a review, but I'll admit I looked forward to that shower every day that we were there. All in all, the space was modern, very comfortable, and was exactly what we wanted. The ONLY thing I would be wary of is the road leading up to the house. It gets a little treacherous and I was happy to have had Bronco and a Wrangler with us, but we did have a Chevy Volt and it made it up to the location with no problem. So definitely possible, but having some more climbing power would be advised. Otherwise, it was AMAZING! Thinking about when I can stay there again.

I was blown away with this stay! Sharon and Nick are great hosts. They made the entire stay comfortable and smooth. The cabin was so cute, too! Clean, well decorated, and fairly well stocked with your essentials. The extra touches they put throughout the cabin put us over the top. The robes, the snacks, the coffee bar- We LOVED all of it and felt so spoiled and taken care of. The outdoor amenities was the chefs kiss. Highly highly recommend this stay!

My son and I just spent four days at Gracie's cabin in La Honda, and it surpassed all expectations. The setting is stunning and incredibly peaceful, nestled among trees and ferns. The cabin was spotless and impeccably maintained. While we didn't spend much time cooking, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances and plenty of snacks. Gracie was prompt and effective in her communication. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area.
