Monthly Rentals in Millhouse Green

It was a great and cosy stay at Kirsty's cottage. Lovely place and I felt right at home as it was a very relaxing stay. Kirsty was always responsive and very helpful.

We needed a last minute night away. Sue accepted our booking and provided clear instructions. We were met by Sue (and Steve) and made to feel at home straight away. A great place to stay. Lovely and quiet with amazing countryside surroundings, oh and a great pub restaurant about 100 yards away. Loved our night there and thanks Sue and Steve, also loved the flapjack too!!!

We felt so welcomed at this home. The hosts were very generous in the welcome goodies they left us and in the time taken to chat to us, give recommendations and lay the fires on our first day. We had an excellent meal at the recommended Spencer Arms, about 5 minutes drive away and enjoyed visiting the Sculpture Park and had a day in Bradford where there are some fantastic free museums. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area.

The stay is in a beautiful area, on the owners land. Sooo extremely lucky!!! Langsett reservoir is quite literally a 5min drive away. The heart of the Peak District is about 45mins- an hour away, which is actually enjoyable as you get to experience the amazing drives of the area. The view from the Airbnb is stunning and hearing the sheep throughout the stay made my day! The Airbnb is spacious and clean, the bed is really comfortable. Lastly, Alison is a lovely host, her cake was 10/10, same to be said about the check in experience, she made us feel at home.
