We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. The rustic village forge (cottage atmosphere) is a cozy cottage in the middle of Neustift. In the house there are 5 bedrooms (note: 1 room is a transit room) for up to 10 people. The house is therefore perfect for groups and families. Due to the central location, all important tourist facilities (restaurants, grocery store, swimming pool and sauna, bus stop, ski rental, etc.) are within a few minutes' walk.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live.
