Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

We had a great stay at Berkan’s house. It is a beautiful place, very clean and a brilliant location. I would definitely book again. Berkan was great at communicating with us and helpful about everything during our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

the house was nice, clean and complete. Ahmet and his wife were very nice. Thank you very much. The house was close to the beach (5 minutes on foot). The beach was calm and clean. But the coast was stony and there were not many businesses. It had a slightly more isolated beach. The only problem is that the location of the town, the roads were extremely troublesome. If you do not have a vehicle or assume that you have a solid driver and a solid vehicle, you will have a lot of problems. Ideal for couples who want a place with calm privacy

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay before and after because there were no guests, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

The apartment is exactly like its pictures, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the kicthen is well equipped and the location is perfect for a trip to Bodrum, everywhere in town is an easy walk away with great restaurants and shops. The apartment is particularly well located for the Bazar Tekel which has an excellent food market on Thursdays and Fridays and is well worth a visit. The area is peaceful and the sound proofing of the apartment was very good. Guney was very communicative, organising our transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful and meeting us at the apartment despite us arriving quite late at night and had provided additional touches such as coffee and biscuits that made the first morning perfectly relaxed. We would be delighted to stay again when we're next in Bodrum.

It was the most extremely clean and tidy, Bayrambey was very, very helpful, we were very satisfied, we were definitely the most beautiful place to choose from.

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. The apartment is just as described. Only issue was the taxi couldn’t drop us right to the Airbnb but the workers came outside and helped us with our luggage.

The house was definitely more beautiful than we expected, the garden in front of it, the sea view and the magnificent sunset. We drove, so it was very good that there was no parking problem. On the day we wanted to go out without a car, we took the minibus passing right in front of the site and went to the center with a 10-minute journey. I think the location was also very nice. Kitchen utensils were also sufficient. It's a place we'd choose again 🌸

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I enjoyed it very much. I'd love to stay again. It has a clean and beautiful outdoor environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a nice surprise. If you go in late May/June, you can eat a lot :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more pleasant. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could have been a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved-in house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough for most people, though.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

I think it's a hotel with good price performance. Perfect for those who want to keep it separate. We had a holiday like in a hotel. Beachfront and with a pool. The pool is very hygienic. Especially the facility manager Mr. Kaan and his team are very tolerant and polite people. I recommend it.
