We had a short but great 3 day stay at Mustafa’s place! His parents who live upstairs were so nice. We enjoyed chatting with them even though we don’t speak Turkish. Thank goodness for out translate app! The kids had fun exploring the nearby beach and hanging out with the local cats! Thank you for your hospitality! 😊

We had a wonderful stay, the place was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our kids also enjoyed the stay, they had freedom to move around, and they really enjoyed riding with the bicycles. It is near the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to any family. Thank you very much!

Very nice apartment. Simple, yet cozy, clean and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There were some essentials missing at the beginning but Murat promptly provided them as well as the new blanket. Nights started becoming chilly. The apartment complex has a shared pool which is a bonus. The view from the living room/balcony is also very nice. Murat was always very attentive to the needs, replied promptly and even allowed a late checkout. If I come to this area, will gladly stay again here

The best location you can come to when you want to escape the city and have a peaceful holiday, Omer Bey's house was a full price/performance house. The home was as seen in the photos and as described. He responded to our needs. I would like to thank Ms. Elif, who took care of us from the beginning to the end of the reservation, and Mr. Muammer and his wife, who we are neighbors for 1 week. We conveyed everything we needed without hesitation to Ms. Elif and she helped us day and night. I recommend that you come with your car because there are many bays around and we preferred to go to someone every day. Hurma Beach, the closest beach to the house, is 2 minutes away by car. We were more like swimming in the morning. I think the sea was relatively wavy in the evenings due to us being in September. You only swim 3-5 people in the bay, which we really enjoyed. I recommend Mr. Omer's house to anyone who loves calmness and natural beauty.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

I am very happy we chose to stay here. The home and surrounding were beautiful. The host family were very friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was a real highlight. Even though the village is small their are market shops just 100m away where it is easy to get food/drink. Very close to some amazing beaches and view points. Would stay again. Would recommend. Great Value.

First of all, brother Ali and his wife Mine sister are wonderful people. They helped me with everything. They never left us alone. Ali told us everything we may need around, came to the markets and showed us the way. I'm so happy we got to know them. The house can be slept on 2 floors with a very hot fan. There is air conditioning downstairs, we slept downstairs. The house does not lack anything, the kitchen utensils are too much. Location wise, this is not a very lively place. There is no uphill without a car anywhere. No going to the grocery store without a car. The sea is very close, yes, but there is no slope in the heat, we never walked, I think it's not like walking, we always went to the sea by car. There are just a few fishermen on the beach in the evening. It is not a bustling place. But there are pigeons 10 minutes away from here, the evening is very good. There are cafes and venues on the beach. We went there. The sea is the hottest sea in Bodrum. But it's very stony. It's impossible to swim in the sea without shoes. I was satisfied, I did not have any problems. Thank you to these beautiful people.

We were very welcomed, everything was immaculately clean, it was one of the very limited places where I could sleep peacefully. Everything you could want, the pool is sparkling clean. You can choose without hesitation

The house was easy to get to, tidy and clean. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and a propeller in other places. We enjoyed our time in the garden, it was ideal for children. It has 2 balconies and 1 terrace. We spent time on the terrace in the evening and nights, it was nice to watch the stars. A place away from the quiet crowds in terms of location, a few grocery stores nearby are enough. Host was available every time I called. The host solved all the minor problems right away, we didn't have any problems. The beach near the house was enough for us, but there are beautiful and virgin bays around to go by car. We had a nice and peaceful holiday with my family, thank you

We booked at last minute and we were very happy to if found this lovely villa Communication was very easy and quick and we were met and given the key. The house was very clean and had everything you need to make it a great stay

The owner of apartment was in touch for our needs and questions, even it was late in evening. Facilities of place are great, wellness centre with so many great options to offer and very good service. Villa is perfectly clean with everything you need for life, so we had a really great time in Bodrum.

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

Very nice hosts, all amenities described and went out of their way to make us feel like home. The place was beautiful and was very close to the beach. Will definitely be returning soon

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I definitely recommend staying in this apartment. A wonderful territory with a swimming pool and closed parking. Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

Beautiful & peaceful place, beautiful surrounding, close to sea (5 minutes walk), nice view from your balcony and windows...close to public beaches, café, restaurants and others. a lots to do... very good services...

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.
