First of all, Mr. Ferhat was very interested, he responded to every question we asked instantly and we were able to communicate 24/7. When we first went, his wife and he greeted us and made us feel like we were in our own home. The cleanliness of the house was very nice and was as in the same photo. It was within walking distance of the sea and the water of the sea was very nice. There was a barbecue in the garden, we were able to make our barbecue with ease. We had a lovely and peaceful holiday with our family, I recommend it to everyone, we plan to come back next year. Thank you so much for your interest in our host

Location, location, location. The villa is exactly as the description and photos say. The best thing is the beautiful outside space and garden with the beach through a gate at the end of the garden. Erim runs the Sahin Motel next door so is available if you need anything. You can use the sunbeds and shades on the private beach for free, or move them into your garden. I also recommend eating at the Motel's restaurant as the food is delicious and you can sit on the terrace watching the sea as you eat. There are two supermarkets 10 minutes drive away which have everything you need for a self catering stay. This is the perfect villa and location for a relaxing holiday.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. It can stay comfortably for up to 6 people. The sea view from both the garden and especially the terrace is very nice. The garden is spacious enough and is spacious enough for mbarbek. The kitchen utensils and TV are sufficient. We did not have any problems, but the host is also polite and easily accessible. The beach is 10-15 minutes by walking from the villa, 2-3 minutes by car, but especially if there are children and elderly people, it is like a car. It is difficult both due to the lack of beach and shopping without a car. I don't know how busy it was during the high season, but the beach was calm during our stay and we didn't have the sun lounger problem. The only negative notification can be about sebeke water. Unfortunately, the filtration is not well done and the water is very salty. It can take a shower, but I don't recommend using it while eating, tea or anything. As a family of 3, we were satisfied with the villa where we stayed for a month.

Absolutely perfect stay: the villa is beautiful, impeccable, spacious and fully equipped, with stunning sea views. The reality is even better than the pictures. The sauna and hammam allowed us to relax in the evening. The elevator in the house makes it easy to get around. Even though we're relatively young, we've used it. We felt right at home, away from home, during this short stay in Bodrum. My husband and I traveled to Bodrum as a scouting trip, and we will return to the villa with our children and family in August. We were looking for a comfortable and warm environment, capable of accommodating a large group. With its 7 bedrooms and numerous terraces, everyone can enjoy their own space. Tatiana's hospitality was excellent.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

We had a great stay experience! The house was immaculately clean, comfortable, and prepared with every need in mind. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with everything. The location was also very nice, we were able to reach everywhere easily. We really felt at home. We would definitely like to come back! I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Lovely little house in a large private residence. Beautiful view from the terrace. Away from the festive atmosphere of Bodrum. The natural pool is about a 7-minute walk away. The host was accessible and responds quickly to questions. I would recommend this place for sought-after calm

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The house was fully furnished, everything was considered in the kitchen. The house was very clean. There were 4 of us and the pool was quite sufficient. It was close to the grocery store,restaurants and the beach. There was air conditioning in every room, the view of the terrace was very nice. Everything was very nice, thank you very much. We felt like we were at home, very comfortable. The host, Ms. Nur, responded quickly to all our questions and provided convenience. We learned that there was a general problem in Akbuk, the tap water was salty. You need to use ready water to eat tea and coffee, a little information for those who will go:)

Our stay at this Airbnb facility was absolutely fantastic! The facility was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which immediately gave us a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The pools were in excellent condition and provided a refreshing cooling on warm days. Another highlight was the direct access to the private beach directly from the complex. It was a real luxury to easily open the door after 2 min. to feel the warm sand between your toes. The tranquility in this place was remarkable, and the high safety standards gave us an additional feeling of serenity. Overall, our stay here was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the cleanliness and care of the complex, the first-class pools and the amenity to get directly to the private beach. The peaceful atmosphere and the excellent safety measures made our holiday perfect. We can only highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time at the villa in Türkbükü! The house is lovingly furnished and super equipped – there was nothing missing. The terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea over olive trees was our favorite place. At the beginning of April, the weather was initially rainy, but cozy thanks to the heating air conditioning. After that it got sunny and warm – we could even swim in the sea. The wifi was stable and fast. Özlem was warm, helpful and always easily accessible and gave us super tips for restaurants and excursions. Although the swimming pool on the nearby beach was not yet fully built, we were allowed to use it – and actually had the beautiful beach all to ourselves! The peace and nature were fantastic. The value for money is absolutely right. We would definitely come back!
