Öncelikle Ferhat bey çok ilgiliydi, her sorduğumuza anında cevap verdi ve 7/24 iletişim kurabildik. İlk gittiğimizde bizi eşi ve kendisi karşıladılar bizi kendi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Evin temizliği gayet güzeldi ve aynı fotoğraftakiler gibiydi. Denize yürüme mesafesindeydi ve denizin suyu çok güzeldi. Bahçesinde barbekü vardı rahatlıkla mangalımızı yapabildik. Ailemizle beraber çok güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik herkese tavsiye ediyorum, seneye birdaha gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Ev sahibimize ilgisi alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz

Location, location, location. The villa is exactly as the description and photos say. The best thing is the beautiful outside space and garden with the beach through a gate at the end of the garden. Erim runs the Sahin Motel next door so is available if you need anything. You can use the sunbeds and shades on the private beach for free, or move them into your garden. I also recommend eating at the Motel's restaurant as the food is delicious and you can sit on the terrace watching the sea as you eat. There are two supermarkets 10 minutes drive away which have everything you need for a self catering stay. This is the perfect villa and location for a relaxing holiday.

Plaj villadan yuruyerek 10-15 dakika arabayla 2-3 dakikalik mesafede ama ozellikle cocuk ve yaslilar var ise araba sart gibi. hem yokustan dolayi plaj donusu, hem de alisveris arabasiz zor. Yuksek sezondaki yogunlugunu bilemiyorum ama bizim kaldigimiz donemde plaj sakindi ve sezlong problemi de cekmedik. bir tek olumsuz bildirim sebeke suyu konusunda olabilir. Maalesef filtreleme iyi yapilmiyor ve su oldukca tuzlu. Dus alinabiliyor ama yemek, cay falan yaparken kullanilmasini tavsiye etmem. Ozetle biz 3 kisilik aile olarak bir ay konakladigimiz villadan memnun ayrildik.

Séjour absolument parfait : la villa est magnifique, impeccable, spacieuse et entièrement équipée, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La réalité est encore mieux que sur les photos. Le sauna et le hammam nous ont permis de nous relaxer le soir. L’ascenseur dans la maison facilite les déplacements. Même si nous sommes relativement jeunes, nous l’avons utilisé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, loin de chez nous, pendant ce court séjour à Bodrum. Mon mari et moi avons voyagé à Bodrum en guise de repérage, et nous reviendrons à la villa avec nos enfants et notre famille au mois d’août. Nous recherchions un environnement confortable et chaleureux, capable d’accueillir un grand groupe. Avec ses 7 chambres et ses nombreuses terrasses, chacun pourra profiter de son propre espace. L’hospitalité de Tatiana a été excellente.

Ahmet ist der hilfsbereiteste Vermieter, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe! Wir waren zu 7t (2 Familien) in Ahmets Haus- mit der schönsten Aussicht auf Bodrum! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool & die Terasse ein Ort sowohl zum Spaß haben als auch zum entspannen! Wir haben uns mit Ahmets Unterstützung einen Mietwagen geholt (Parkplatz am Haus) und waren täglich auf Stranderkundungstour, bevor es abends auf Stadterkundungstour ging noch etwaige Stunden am Pool! Das Haus hat das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenerdig zum Pool/Terrasse, ebenso im Haupthaus eine Toilette, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse bietet Schattenplätze! Also wenn Bodrum, dann bei Ahmet und Valerie- ein zuvorkommendes und sehr sehr höfliches Vermieterpaar! Absolut empfehlenswert als Rückzugs- und Genusspunkt und Bodrum ist diese Haus!

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Ev tertemiz, konforlu ve her ihtiyacımız düşünülerek hazırlanmıştı. Ev sahibi inanılmaz misafirperver ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Konum da çok güzeldi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz! Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Дом расположен в огороженном коттеджном городке, крупные супермаркеты в доступности 5 минут пешком, на территории есть свой небольшой магазин. Снаружи дома доступна барбекю зона. Отдельно стоит отметить что в июле были перебои с водоснабжением в районе 16,00-18,00, не критично если знать когда это происходит.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Jolie petite maison dans une grande résidence privée. Belle vue de la terrasse. Loin de l'ambiance festive de Bodrum. La piscine naturelle est à environ 7 minutes à pieds. L'hôte à été accessible et répond rapidement aux questions. Je recommande cet endroit pour du calme recherché

Her şey fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ev eksiksiz döşenmişti, mutfakta her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev gayet temizdi. 4 kişi kaldık ve havuz da gayet yeterliydi. Markete,restoranlara ve plaja yakındı. Her odada klima vardı, terasın manzarası çok güzeldi. Her şey çok güzeldi, çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, çok konforluydu. Ev sahibi Nur Hanım tüm sorularımıza hızlıca dönüş yaptı, kolaylıklar sağladı. Akbük’te genel bir problem olduğunu öğrendik musluk suları tuzluydu. Çay, kahve yemek için hazır su kullanılması gerekiyor, gidecek olanlara ufak bir bilgilendirme :)

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Anlage war absolut fantastisch! Die Anlage war makellos sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, was uns sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung vermittelte. Die Pools waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und boten eine erfrischende Abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der direkte Zugang zum privaten Strand direkt von der Anlage aus. Es war ein echter Luxus, einfach die Tür zu öffnen nach 2 min. schon den warmen Sand zwischen den Zehen zu spüren. Die Ruhe an diesem Ort war bemerkenswert, und die hohen Sicherheitsstandards gaben uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl der Gelassenheit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Wir haben die Sauberkeit und Pflege der Anlage genossen, die erstklassigen Pools und die Annehmlichkeit, direkt zum Privatstrand zu gelangen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die ausgezeichneten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa in Türkbükü! Das Haus ist liebevoll maritim eingerichtet und super ausgestattet – es fehlte an nichts. Die Terrasse mit Blick über Olivenbäume auf die Ägäis war unser Lieblingsplatz. Anfang April war das Wetter anfangs regnerisch, aber dank der heizenden Klimaanlage gemütlich. Danach wurde es sonnig und warm – wir konnten sogar im Meer schwimmen. Das WLAN war stabil und schnell. Özlem war herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Supertipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. . Obwohl die Badeanlage am nahen Strand noch nicht vollständig aufgebaut war, durften wir sie nutzen – und hatten den wunderschönen Strand tatsächlich ganz für uns allein! Die Ruhe und Natur waren traumhaft. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir kommen gern wieder!!

It’s equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry and very close to some local restaurants and supermarkets Mmm Migros is only 3 km away Ali was very nice and responded quickly to all our needs I will be happy to come back to such a beautiful place
