What a beautiful home to stay at! We greatly enjoyed ourselves in this home and cant wait to come back. The home was incredibly clean and smelt so good! It is close enough to the restaurants, but not so close that you hear the city. The neighborhood is perfect, quite, and safe. Perfect office space which already includes a docking station to display your computer screen onto the two existing monitors. Donald was very responsive and helpful. This place books out for a reason, get it while you can! Thanks again Donald for making us feel right at home.

Enjoyed the stay! Would definitely stay here again. Pool work was being done while I stayed there. Host was very interactive about it and very mindful of us being there.

we loved staying here, was here for 2 weeks and Mr. Sungu was very nice, quick to respond, very helpful, and we loved his chose, it had everything that we needed the furniture was nice and comfortable, the bed were good and snug... I would tell my friends and family to stay here if they were ever in Odessa....

Really enjoyed my stay at this unit. Very private, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of park and nature area and the units dedicated courtyard area is a nice place to chill and relax after a hard day's work. Would definitely stay here again.

I recommend this place. It was very peaceful. Everything was alright. The mall was right next to the apt. He always responded to my questions. The place had games for the kids and that kept them entertained 👌

Great stay house has everything you need

The home was just as described and pictured! We only stayed a couple of nights but it was perfect, especially the yard for my dog which is always a major plus! There was a couple of things come up but I communicated it with the hosts and they responded quickly. I would stay here again in the future, thank you!

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

Pat is an awesome host, he could not have been any more friendly or helpful. He provided very clear and concise instructions, and was an excellent communicator. The unit itself is very cool and has an ideal layout for 1-2 people. The bed, pillows, and reclining couch were all very comfy! There were plenty of additional places to sit and/or work at, including a nice wide open bar top at your disposal. The bathroom was also very clean and the water pressure was great. Pat’s place is a very cozy and welcoming stay, you can’t go wrong!

We had another great stay at this Airbnb during our business trip. This location has consistently been a great place for us, and it's always a pleasure to return. This time, we encountered a slight snag at a terrible time, that was out of Jennifer’s control , but as always our wonderful host, went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to everyone’s liking. Her commitment to providing an exceptional experience truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay! We’ll be back again soon.

It is a beautiful place to stay peaceful quiet it has everything you need! Mike is very responsive. Any questions he will answer them will be staying again.

After looking at the reviews of some hotels in the area we deciding to check on airbnb and we're excited to find Pat's apartment. It was clean and he went the extra mile proving Snacks, water, and coffee :) wifi worked great. Highly recommend!

The area and the home were so peaceful and as shown in the pictures, the communication from the host were clear and fast and very kind. I felt very comfortable.
