Nice accommodation in an old and very authentic country house. We have stayed several times with Bernadette who is a very friendly hostess. When the season allows, lunch and coffee breaks in the garden are highly appreciated. Nice location to explore the Blaye area and surroundings. We recommend it.

House as described, very bright, very well-equipped and extremely clean. Comfortable bedding. Very pleasant terrace and exteriors. Green and peaceful setting with beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. All amenities are present to accommodate babies and children. We had the pleasure of interacting with Julien and Magali who live next door but are very discreet on a daily basis. Great welcome, great stay! Dominique and Francois really did their utmost to make me feel comfortable. Always available...never intrusive and very helpful and friendly. Also a quiet sweet dog (Django) The garden is beautiful and the cottage comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good shower...great bed, full kitchen. Easy access to the river with the option to dock your own boat at one of the jetties. In short...I had a TOP holiday and have already booked again. Dominique and Francois....thank you!!!!

Great stay in the barn. We were very well hosted by Deborah. She was able to give us some tips on walks and restaurants in the area, excellent! Nothing to complain about the housing. The view is great and the place very quiet. A big thank you to Deborah!

Stay perfectly in line with our expectations. Privacy is perfectly respected, the accommodation is very clean, the place is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are perfect. We had an exceptional two days and are very sad to leave. Stéfanie is a rare kindness these days, very responsive and flexible. No complaints, I recommend it 1000%!

It was really one of the best accommodations we've stayed in. Our dog and we were in paradise. Charles welcomed us super nice and quiet. Due to the clear instructions, the way and check-in were easy and easy to find. There was everything you need. The place was super new and clean. 🧽 The WiFi was a bit weak, but that wasn't bad for us, because you really don't need internet there haha 😃 The absolute highlight is of course the fireplace 😍 We will really be happy to come back!

We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

It's been a few magical days that they couldn't ruin or rain. The views of the valley, the green tones, the singing of the birds transport you to a world that does not seem real. The affection and proximity of Conchita and Radhe make you feel at home. Now I know Aulàs is also home. A house that has nothing to do with the hustle of a city but allows you to connect with nature 100% and disconnect from everything else. Thank you both, it was wonderful. Now now... I'm going to buy black cumin 🥰🙏

Their accommodation is really perfect, well arranged, clean, everything is well thought out, nothing is missing, it is tastefully decorated with lots of adorable little details and special attention for the occupants when they arrive. Very nice place to stay in a wonderful quiet large park. The roses smell nice and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax. You can hear the birds in the evening as well as the frogs at the pond... it was a great three days, a perfect end to the city.

Very well-appointed studio and large enough for 2 people, very quiet neighborhood close to shops. Nicolas is a very discreet and attentive host. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Michel's outbuilding; the place is extremely quiet and relaxing. The garden, with the pool, is particularly pleasant: the different small corners arranged by Michel give the possibility to sit both in the shade and in the sun, and therefore to stay outside most of the time… if the weather allows it! Michel is a very welcoming host and was responsive throughout our stay, thank you very much!

We had a GREAT time at Jacques and Christine's ❤ Their human and warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable. A big thank you to them! The accommodation is clean and super functional. The garden is full of a thousand small corners to rest, play and bathe in peace. My teenage daughter and I especially enjoyed the hammocks on the terrace overlooking the lush vegetation 😊 In the heights of the city, the climb is well worth the calm that is found when returning "home".

From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the truly warm and caring welcome of the hosts. Their kindness, availability and kindness went a long way in making our stay an enchanted break. The setting is simply idyllic. The property, located in the countryside, enjoys an environment, absolute tranquility, conducive to relaxation and reconnection with nature. One of the great pleasures of this stay was undoubtedly breakfast, which alone deserves a mention of excellence. Every morning, the homemade bread, prepared with care and passion, was an enchantment for the taste buds. The presence of the two dogs brings an extra touch of life and warmth. This address is a real gem.

The place is very spacious full equiped with anything we needed plus the swimming pool made it extra enjoyable. I was very pleased staying here and fully recommend for a family, until a next time!

The Gîte de la Gaille is a very soothing place turned towards calm and nature. We came as a group of 3. The cottage is comfortable and the private garden was appreciated by my dog. My kids played ping pong and Badmington. Agnes and Patrick are cool hosts and very welcoming. They are available to chat around animals. We came to relax and visit the area, we were served. The best thing when you love animals is the Sheep Park, goats and chickens as well as the two Shetlands. The three dogs are well educated and make a living. I'll be back for a wellness cure.
