The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

The windows overlook a small garden where a large mandarin tree grows, you can even pick some fruit in season. It is located in a small condominium full of charm, in the heart of the Chalets district, which I love for its calm and sweetness of life, close to the hypercenter. I hope you feel as good as I do.
