Vacation rentals with breakfast in Middle Beach

Marcos is very requested, the accommodations are as in the image, the bathroom box has been improved to glass box, unlike the images that are a curtain box, we had the grateful surprise of receiving some cookies, coffee and breakfast milk which was not described in the listing descriptions

Hosts are amazing and super requested! The trailer experience was unique and very memorable. I felt at home and welcomed. The location is excellent, with everything I needed (beach, market, restaurants) very close by, and the surroundings are quiet. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

Perfect! From the beginning he was very kind, we felt at home! The village welcomed us wonderfully well with a coffee, cake and even a set table. You gave all the support when we need it! The house is beautiful, spacious. And we're already looking to come back more and more often!

House spacious, clean, pleasant environment, parking only 2 cars but you can park on the street without problems, I missed microwave and light in the parking part, very dark, my elderly father almost fell.

Our stay was worth it. We were in Ubatuba passing through and we needed a place just to spend the night. Daniela and her husband have guided us very well and clearly. We followed the step by step and everything went well with the check in. The room was super clean, with bedding and bathing in great condition. We were very surprised positively. The Itaguá beach, where the lodging is located, is not suitable for bathing, but the nightlife in the surroundings is well worth it. Sure we'll be back, even for more days.

Our stay was very nice, we were able to anticipate the check in what helped us to enjoy the day at the beach very early days. The room was extremely clean and the bed and bath linens, clean and smelling. Ana's friendliness was the icing on the cake, we will definitely be back!!! About Prumirim Beach: There is a trail to reach the beach that is very quiet, the sea was agitated, but we managed to enjoy staying on the edge of the beach on the right side, next to Rio. There are kiosks and boat trips available to the island of Prumirim. We made the trail to the waterfall, and it was super quiet (on the street of the accommodation) It is worth the visit!!! 😍❤️

The stay was excellent. We were very well received by Thiago and Co-Hosts who explained all the details of the stay clearly and recommended some places for us to know. Always very kind and helpful! The café is very well served, it exceeded our expectation. Like the bedroom and bed/bath linen, the environment of the inn was clean and organized. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and close to Praia das Toninhas, you can walk. It has a market and some restaurants nearby. Great value, I recommend it!

Pousada for Families. Clean, well-maintained environment and gentle and attentive staff. The only point against is the entrance of the inn, having access that requires a lot of attention on account of the road.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from this place, it was truly magical and we didn’t want to leave. Jan was the most amazing host and we loved the breakfast, space, conversations with Jan and the views from every angle. It is the best air BnB we have ever stayed at and we would recommend to all. The inn is very well located, the rooms are good, the shower is bad, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, you need to go through the sand, the place is very tight, I only knew that when I read the comments. I bought water and paid, I didn't even mention the room I was in, they charged me again at check-out, I had to show the receipt to be sure. The breakfast is very tasty. In addition, because it was in a little paradise, it was worth it.
